When I dropped my car off to Robert he informed me he was the Michelangelo of car cleaning. After picking my car up today it looked 100% better after the master's touch. I am selling the car and needed him to get the smoke smell out of it (from the previous owner) as well as address some scratches on the bumper. I had resigned myself that I was going to need to have the bumper painted, but it looked good as new after Robert wet sanded it, in addition to waxing the car. He also shampooed the interior and cleaned the inside of the console someone spilled a coke into many years ago. I have been looking to get my Corvette's paint back to its original gloss. I have tried several different places and talked to numerous people (car experts) and nothing has worked. I have tried clay bars, 2 different detailing places even the Chevy Dealer couldn't get it done. t was at the edge thinking that I was going to have to spend several thousand getting a new paint job. Robert is seriously the best. This review is a bit delayed, because I was busy sitting in my SPOTLESS, PERFECT CAR that Robert detailed. So sorry, I lost track of time :) I am not sure where to begin, because the whole experience was a breeze and pleasant, but I will start from the top. I called Robert on a Saturday night around 7pm and needed an emergency detail the next day. He was willing to start the job at 7:30am....ON A SUNDAY. What a guy. Robert is one of those people you feel at ease around. When you talk to him, you know he isn't in it to swindle or upsell you. Right off the bat, you feel comfortable and know he is a genuine guy. He was so friendly and so kind, I just wanted to hug him. He told me he would call me when my car was near ready. I left with peace of mind knowing my little FIAT was in good hands :) When I returned, my car looked like it did when I bought it at the dealership! I was so, so, so pleased. It was the first time I had it detail since purchasing it in February of 2013, so as you can imagine, there was some work that needed to be done. I have two dogs and we like to go hiking and beaching. They are generally a mess by the time they hop back into my car. Robert should call himself Roberts auto Spectacular ! I keep my car very clean but wow! We had a claybar complete detail and "showroom quality " is an understatement. My light beige mats were pressure washed and shampooed to look like new. Not a swirl in sight on the black metallic paint. I thought I had some irreversible scratches on two of my rims and Robert got them right out. On top of that we experienced such amazing customer service.
