So I took my wife's vehicle to Robert's Collision to fix the front end. They did a good job and we did a walk around and everything was good. Fast forward a couple of years and now her bumper sags a little bit. So I took it back and figured it's under warranty. Only thing was that I didn't didn't have the paperwork they gave me to show them it's covered under warranty. I took my other vehicle to Caliber Collision and one thing that stood out from their service was that they told me I could bring it back if anything happens because it's under warranty. So I asked if I had to bring paper work for that. They told me I didn't have to since they have it all on their computer system. All I would suggest is to shop around before you bring it here because it is costly work. They are old school and didn't really even try to help out and were real vague with their responses. read more

This is by far the worst Auto Body Repair that I have ever given my businesses to. I had insurance work performed on my vehicle in 2019 and the paint has started to haze , blisters, and is peeling . Their warranty states that the warranty on paint is valid for as long as I own the vehicle, but after meeting with the owner , he now tells me that I am responsible for some of the cost because I took too long to bring the car in . I stated that if they had done a proper repair the paint would not have faded, cracked or peeled at all . The owner also stated " Well if you don't like it , you can get on your car and leave " ... be aware of this shady repair shop . read more

My repair took over two months after a one month estimate. To make it worse, they never called me to update me on the progress. I was told three times it would be done that week, which it was not. As another person mentioned, not only was my vehicle missing bolts and screws, it was also had bent suspension that I had to point out. Typical shop defensiveness from the very begIning blaming all the problems on a previous event which I still don't believe. It is a shame that this is a State Farm approved facility as the original estimate was also off by over 3k! I won't be back would encourage State Farm customers to think twice about going here as they have no oversight by an adjuster. read more

PLEASE READ ENTIRELY!!!!! I My wife had snatched the front clip of her car that pulled out and broken some of the tabs on her bumper. Takes it to this place , parts $260 which she paid up front as a down payment for a quote of $545 to fix, cool. We drop the car off, get a call a few hours by a guy name Woody that says, "it's gonna cost 3400" .... Of course we say we can't afford that so we'll come get the car. Woody than says, "it has to be towed because the car cannot be driven".but I drove my car there??? He says they can't put the bumper back on smh. I haven't been this upset in awhile. So I call AAA get the car home and of absolutely nothing gained out of this I lost $420 because they charged me for removing the bumper off which they never put back on smh. I went in for an estimate for my 2009 328i bmw. I was curious about how much I would be looking at to have my rear bumper repainted. There was some serious damage to my paint. Jacob helped me and was very kind and well mannered. Not only did he act professionally, he was also honest. Right away he ordered me a new bumper to ensure the quality of the paint job. Apparently it wasn't worth using my original bumper due to the serious damage the original paint had suffered. Jacob was able to order me my part (rear bumper) and I put down a little over half of the amount needed for the job (a parts deposit if you will). As soon as the part came in Jacob was able to squeeze me into the shops busy schedule. I dropped my baby off on a Monday and had her back looking brand new on a Wednesday. They even cleaned the interior and vacuumed my carpets! The cost was worth the quality of the job, it was a little over 1k, however I was also given a lifetime warranty. Jacob assured me if anything happened to the paint, I could bring it in free of charge. After all you get what you pay for! I would highly recommend anyone to Roberts Collision Center. They were fast, friendly, but above all honest, good people. Thank you crew from Roberts Collision, I love my new bumper and paint. I am no longer ashamed or embarrassed, but riding in style again! :) Edit: I am sooo elated that I chose Roberts Collision instead of Maaco. Macco was going to charge me almost 2k for a two year paint guarantee! I would've had pay to get the job redone in another two years! Forget that! read more

I went to Robert's Collision Center in Hanford to get an estimate for some damage that was not my fault. Even though the damage was not major, it did require replacement of the hood. It was going to be a week long job and when I picked up my vehicle 5 days later as they had promised, I was very pleased with the work they had done. Not only did the exterior of the car look brand new, they offer a full cleaning of the inside of the car as a courtesy to all their customers, and therefore the interior looked brand new as well. All the staff in and out of the office are very professional, helpful, and friendly. Not that I hope that I have to have collision repair done, but if I do I surely will be returning to Roberts. read more

I took my Ford Mustang here to repair damage to driver's side rear. From the minute I walked into the office, I felt welcomed. I wish I could remember the name of the respectful young man sitting at the desk on right hand side as I walked in. He was awesome and very polite. Woody is the man that runs the shop and he runs a tight ship. Trust me I am not a pleasant customer when it comes to my vehicle repairs, and the fact is I have been in more accidents then I care to remember (none by my fault).So I remember one particular time I had just gotten one of my cars out of repair when I was hit in a different vehicle of mine. So I took my instantly to Robert's Collision and they of course were like no way and laughed about it knowing my history, Well they commented how the body man and painter would be happy to see me again:) This is because I'm knit picky I always go over my car with a microscope but the truth of it all is there is NEVER anything for me to gripe about I know I'm hard on the body guy and painter but they are honestly AMAZING cause they Always pass my inspection with FLYING COLORS!! I am a Navy wife and husband is on cruse and has been extended. My car was wreaked in February and just got my car today. My insurance company USAA drop the ball so many time, my claims adjuster Jamie was so hard to get a hold of. I didn't know what to do. Robert's Collision where rockstars, especially Woody (my hero) but I have to say everyone went above and beyond to help me get the Insurance company to do there job. My daughter brought her car here for repairs after being rear ended. Every one there was polite and professional. During the repair they discovered more damage that wasn't noticed right away. They contacted my daughter and let her know it would be longer than thought for completion. When she picked the car up it looked wonderful. Great work by the shop. I had my car in this shop early this year. They stand by their work with a lifetime warranty on anything they worked on but I am tired of having to constantly go back there to have my car fixed because it wasn't done right the first time. At first i was just excited to get my car in but it took them almost a week to communicate with the insurance despite the shop and the insurance both stating they sent everything they needed to each other and they kept putting the blame on the other (not sure who's at fault here) Finally they called it was time to get started on the car and I live an hour away so I drove to get a rental and drop off the car but once. Arrived they said they weren't ready and that they needed to only show the car to an adjuster but since I didn't show up right away then they just gave him the pictures they took my previous visit (they had me drive an hour and go in on 2 different occasions just for them to take the same exact pictures twice) Overall the job was done very quick and the car looked fine at first glance. The next time I washed the car I noticed the the paint around my reflector had a bunch of pry marks from trying to remove it and the other reflector was falling out due too the clips being broken. The shop glued them back in but refused to fix them because they said that wasn't them. Even though they needed to pull them off to work on the car and no one else had touched my car since. My tail light was miss aligned which they fixed but I went back in after and noticed the taillights seemed pretty used for being replaced "with new parts" and I ignored it" It's been about 2 months since that happened and now my rear spoiler is falling off so I removed it myself and I come to find out that they never replaced it and all they did was scratch off the old 3m tape (am poorly at that) and then tried to put it back on with some other double sided time which didn't hold very well. I don't care if they reused parts as long as they were still fine but they assured me all parts where new and probably charged the insurance for new parts which they did not actually buy So now I'm just fixing there mistakes with my own money because I do not trust them with my car Overall as a car guy myself i would not recommend this place ever. read more

This shop is a joke! My car sat in the shop untouched for 3 weeks. What was supposed to have only taken 1 week turned into 3 and my car still left the shop unfinished. They called after 2 weeks and told me my car was complete. I went there to inspect it and it was missing a part. Very noticeable part at that! (door trim on a 2toned car) Their so called office manager Woody refused to look for a replacement and tried to send my car out missing that piece. I refused to take it and had to look for the part myself! Take your business elsewhere!! Even though that's the only shop that shows up on State Farms website by law you can take your car anywhere! Save yourself the headache and go ELSEWHERE!! read more

Where do I even begin? Doing business with Woody was great! He is very courteous and knows his stuff. I have had my truck damage repaired at Roberts for 3 different claims. The first repair was beautifully handled and so was the second. At least that's what I thought. When I went back for my third claim the kid handling it was rude and disrespectful. First of all they only needed to replace the glass in my passenger side mirror so I dropped my truck off and was told it would be ready around noon. It wasn't! But did anyone bother to call me? No! They claim that the mirror was broken when they opened it. I asked them if they had even bothered to check the part when it arrived. But why would they do that? I thought it would be common sense but I guess that's rare these days. Anyway, they didn't bother giving me my truck back, they kept it until they received the part again the next day. I actually needed my truck but instead my very pregnant daughter had to chauffeur me around. And as I had already thought, it doesn't take half a day to replace a mirror like they said. Even though they had my truck a day and a half. And tried to say I must have misunderstood. I don't think so. Women aren't as clueless as you thought! Oh, and while I was there for the third claim I had issues with the first claim. The paint was becoming dull and wearing off. Woody had it looked at. Sure they claim to have their 100% satisfaction guarantee. NOPE, not even close. After only 3 years the paint was coming off and when the owner came out to tell me it had to be like that over a year I explained to him that it had just started to come off 2 weeks prior to speaking with Woody. He pretty much called me a liar and told me he'd only cover half the cost to do it again. I asked him why he didn't stand behind his work like he claims. He said he did but my truck was all chipped and scraped as he pointed to areas that had nothing to do with the repair work that his shop had in fact clear coated over. Then he pointed out things that were on the truck prior to me even owning it. My truck was actually in good shape for being a 2007. Just a couple weeks after the confrontation another area began to lose the paint. Now it's being taken care of by another shop. Bottom line...I will NEVER recommend Roberts to anyone since they only claim 100% guaranteed work but don't stand behind it when their work turns to crap! read more

I was recently involved in a collision and wasn't sure of where to take my vehicle. I asked around and the most highly recommended shop was Roberts Collision Center. Everyone told me not to go anywhere else, they are the best. From the time I stepped into their facility I was treated with nothing but respect. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was kept up to date. There were several things that impressed me about Roberts. They encouraged me not only to call but to come by throughout the course of repair and see my vehicle in the different stages of the repair process and that impressed me the most. That was a true sign of honestly and from that point I knew I had selected the right facility. I did stop in periodically and I felt very welcomed. When I picked up my vehicle it was if it had just rolled off the showroom floor. When I tell people my car was wrecked and repaired not one person has been able to tell where it was repaired. Walked in to get a quote like I was told over the phone 15 min prior. I got there walked in at around 845 and he said he had a 9 o'clock apt so I had to wait. A small scratch and I have to wait 15 min for another apt and 15 min after he's done with them. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Had my automobile body damage repaired at this shop. They handled everything and got the repair approved by my insurance company. Then, told me I needed extra work done on the car as part of the same repair. I was told they got my insurance company's approval. Turned out they did no such thing and I ended up paying more than $350.00 in additional costs. I could not get any satisfaction so I just dropped the matter.
