I was trying to fix it but was having issues with the cover shroud. They told me to stop by around 2:30pm and they'd look at it. I arrived as scheduled and sure enough, there was a problem with the 3 nuts holding the shroud on. Austin said he never seen that but quickly found a way around the problem. He was able to remove the shroud and more importantly fix my broken pull cord. He reinstalled the shroud and corrected the problem that I was having with the nuts. Total time was about 20 minutes. I also learned Austin had served in the USAF and we talked about that while he worked on my problem. I realize everyone won't have a problem to fix that was as easy as mine. I greatly appreciate Austin taking the time on a Saturday to look at my mower, determine what was wrong and fix the problem in 20 minutes. You can be assured that Steezy's is now in my contacts and I will be calling him whenever I have issues in the future. I highly recommend this business for repairs and the customer service was outstanding and a very reasonable price.
