My unit was only 7-years old, but capacitor had gone out. Gabriel stated usually the capacitor goes out due to power surges or high amps being sent to the capacitor. Based on the age of the unit (2019 being relatively new) he suggested a servicing in the near future for a full diagnostic to determine if there's an bigger issue. Since newer units don't normally need to replace the capacitors. He also cleaned my entire AC unit and stated everything looked and sounded great.
