When I initially called every arrangement that I requested she was out of and would not be receiving any deliveries on anything until the following week. She then suggested I order the "Florist Special" because I would receive the most for my money. Well that was the furthest from I received, my mother was completely dissatisfied. She said she couldn't place the arrangement in the middle if a table because it had no flowers in the back of it. I called back the following day to complain and request a re- delivery of the arrangement or a refund and instead of doing what most business owners would have done; she rudely said you paid the bare minimum ( mind you this was per her request) and hung up on me. I called back and explained that I would be bringing the flowers back and she stated "if you step one foot on my property I will call the police" and I told her that I was going dispute the charges " she threaten to sue me if I did. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LADY. SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL HER ARRANGEMENTS LOOK LIKE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS. She runs this business out of her trailer.
