When I went to pick it up they went over the machine with very good detail and were very patient with all my crazy questions! They loaded for me in my truck and off I went. He kept me informed from the time my mowers were picked up to the time they were dropped off about a week later. One of the main reasons I selected T and J was because they could pick up my mowers and return them since I do not own a truck or trailer. The other reason was supporting small businesses. I appreciated the personal care Travis took with each of my mowers and explained everything he saw while completing the maintenance.
