Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full. Even when there were some issues with the used transmission that we had sourced Joe worked with them on our behalf and got them to warranty it and send a different one. Today my son picked up the car and it runs beautifully. Now it's time to talk money and I meet Ben, the co-owner and main sales force. The vehicle seemed to need a couple minor things to help make me comfortable with the purchase, and these were done, WITH a LOANER car, thanks to Ben. Dave at the front counter is Ben's right hand man, and very capable. Every employee I bumped into or interacted with at Gateway was at minimum professional, and as I understand it they are all ASE certified!
