(Compared both receipts) It's also nice knowing that they stand by their work, so if there ever is a problem I know I'll be treated fairly. If you're looking for an honest business where they strive to keep you as a life long customer this is the place to go.

I bought an Echo chainsaw that I had to return to them several times because it wouldn't work…read more Even the seller couldn't get it out even after repairs. The only way to get it off was to blow air after removing the spark plug. Guess what....the chainsaw is finished after 2 days of the end of the warranty and my salesman tells me there is nothing to do.......????? All my machines were purchased from this place. Needless to say, it's over for me. Stay away from them. They don't deserve your business

I was communicating with one of their sales staff and the interactions were pleasant, quick to respond and easy to work with. I had financing all lined up, I had a shipping company lined up after a few hours and all that was left was their account to be funded...which was 1-2 days away. This was guaranteed, I couldn't back out of the deal. Then on the "9"th hour, the owner apparently pulls the rug out from under me and says "we're selling it to a long time customer who's paying all cash". This is a bad way to do business, I should know, I've been in business a while myself. I can't believe a business would do this, so short sighted. Funny thing is that I was wanting to purchase 2 more machines......if they had a negative star review, that would be my choice. A complete waste of time and poor business practise. Warning others who are contemplating to do the same thing, DON'T.
