Unable to fix flat tire...too close to sidewall. Ended up with new tires. The gentleman in charge was very knowledgeable, we felt like we got a good deal. Tires look great, nice ride. Warranty always good. Due to my mistake, my cell phone was on silent on a mode I had never noticed. I mistakenly thought he had not called us to bring our vehicle in for the tires. Anyone reading this review please know he had actually left several messages indicating our new tires were ready to put on. It was my mistake AND after sincerely apologizing I feel good again! Would highly recommend without Reservation. Thks to the man in charge for being so gracious after I mistakenly told him he had never notified us that our tires were ready to put on. So I booked an appointment the night before and on the website it showed that the tires that I needed weren't in stock but would be shipped to the store by 9am the day of the appointment from their supplier. My appointment was for 9:30am and it wanted me to show up at 9:15am so they could get me checked in and all the paperwork done. I got to the store at 9:15am and went in. The first problem was that there was nobody in the front of the store for about 15 minutes. It was another guy and myself waiting for someone to come back in. Not really a big deal, the other dude was more mad than I was. I figured it was just that they were out in the bays doing stuff and on a Monday morning. They finally came back in and helped the other guy who was there first and then got to me. First problem.. the appointment initially couldn't be found. That was taken care of pretty quick and the car was documented. Then came the issues.... The first thing I was told was... " we don't have those tires in stock". I said yeah I know they were supposed to be sent to the store this morning by 9am by the distributer. They then told me that they had no record of who the distributer was supposed to be and there were no records of anything that was supposed to be coming in. They also said " well the distributer just came and it was only a pickup, no delivery". They then looked at my confirmation and said that they could figure out who the distributer was which they did. They called the company who told them that they don't have the tires in stock for the back of the car only the front as they are two different widths and that it would be 3-5 days before they could be fedex'd to the store. Why was I told online that they would be sent this morning. Then the dance started where it was like... well I can get you something else but I don't have anything in stock, we'll have to order them.... I was like No I specifically wanted this brand and type of tire..... because I know they last and they are actually rated as all season tires.... and I had an appointment for today because I was free to get it done today.... Then it was like.... well we can get some other tires from another shop, but they wouldn't be here until noon.... Well why did I set up an appointment for 9:30am... Oh yeah that's right because your website told me that the tires I WANTED would be sent to the shop by 9am and were IN STOCK at the distributer.... If I wanted to wait until noon I would have booked for noon and would have ordered a different tire.... Ridiculous.... I honestly was so mad by the time I left that even if I could have gotten the tires I wanted to the shop by noon, I probably would have still taken my business elsewhere. Mass confusion, the website is apparently either useless or just trying to get you into the shop so they can sell you SOMETHING.... not necessarily what you wanted but a sale..... I've bought tires here when it was Karnes Tire Pro... But I won't ever do business again here now. It may have only been $1,700 bucks you lost this time, but I WAS a repeat customer... Spencer and his team were able to get me scheduled right away to fix my car window power regulator. My window was stuck down and we knew storms were expected. They fixed it right away and I had them perform an oil change and a free tire rotation! They were very fast, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend. read more

Both my wife and myself are and have been customers here many times. And this shop has always went above and beyond for service and some of the best customer service ever. We have had , tires fixed, tires replaced,brakes replaced, oil changes done ,engine service, transmission service and received good value too. I will go back and I am going to have them install my transmission on my other car. They will either price match or find rebates ,in order to make sure that you are taken care of. Only shop not afraid to take on my problem as a senior citizen this was appreciated price more than fair

2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. No updates, no sorry it took so long, nothing. Simply ridiculous! 8:30 was the start time on their timekeeping TV. 9:25 Promise Time, 10:45 Brought keys in to pay and check out. It seemed the staff was more excited and interested in receiving a piece of paper that said they had holiday spirit from the Chamber of Commerce than they were giving customer spirit. When checking out I was told about two things that needed to be fixed, I simply said that they would not be doing the repairs, I'd take it somewhere else. This is my first experience with Robertson Tire, and my last. I try and support local businesses, but never this one again. read more
