The receptionist was very talkative about her personal life and things that she was saying made me more nervous. She even lifted up her shirt at one point and showed me surgical scars on her stomach from getting her ovaries removed while she was doing my X-rays when I didn't ask and I just stood there awkwardly. The doctor smelt like urine and was very hard on my body when I was just involved in a car accident 6 days ago. He also said "definitely a female" when checking off my gender on the computer. He kept complaining that I was too tense and I needed to relax when I was anxious and unable to calm down. He touched me with his bare hands the whole time without gloves and was touching me aggressively on my head and my back side. A man in the lobby told me to suck water out of the water bubbler instead of getting the cup that I asked for. And the receptionist just laughed while the doctor stood there and said nothing. I wanted to leave the minute I got there but I was too anxious to say anything. I ended up crying to my fiance on the phone when I got into the car and I will never go back to this establishment. I herniated my L4-L5 disc at the very young age of 17. I went around to multiple practitioners, and I felt I was getting played for money the entire time and didn't feel any improvements.
