I usually don't go to the chiropractor unless I got in to an accident so....here I am after a car accident! Dr. Tyler is so informative and helpful with all the stretches I needed to incorporate after I was experiencing frequent back and neck pains. His adjustments are what I look forward to every week (is that a bad thing?) and I just feel so relieved after. Van is an amazing massage therapist as well as therapist in general when it comes to our hour long sessions of working out the kinks. Kaya and Vicky are the sweetest office staff and always so accommodating! They are also amazing at getting me in when there are cancellations. The whole office is so hospitable, I wish they were in the service industry so we could have more people like them. Even after my treatment plan is done, I will still try to sneak some adjustments in if my insurance allows it. They are great and I highly recommend! read more

Rhea at the front desk is always warm and friendly making sure your appointments and needs are met. Dr. Tyler within a month has made my back feel so much better. He adjusts and takes care of you specific to your personal health need. Blown away by his professionalism. I went in with my neck having horrible pains to basically nothing. Then Rhea suggested a massage. Mitsu was my masseuse he was personable and relaxing very pertinent for a massage. Overall, this has been a place where I feel valued and cared for. I booked my massage yesterday with Trae (first massage ever!) due to sharp back pain under my right shoulder blade. Wasn't sure if massage therapy would help, but I feel a whole lot better today!! I can move without fear of the pain and feel a whole lot relaxed as well. I was promptly taken at my appointment time and lead back to the massage studio. Great music, dim lighting and a heated massage table were waiting for me. Trae was great when it came to applying just the right amount of pressure and always asked before she could continue our massage if she could apply the biofreeze, if I could flip over, etc. She has a great disposition for massage therapy. Will definitely be back (though my insurance doesn't cover this treatment) and look forward to the next visit. Highly recommended, staff was courteous and professional and I even received bottled water after my massage. read more

As a Chiropractic novice, Dr. Tyler Hove made me feel very comfortable and educated. I don't have major issues, just a reoccurring neck pain that I'd like to avoid. The new patient visit was enlightening, then the followup to review my X-rays was not only cool, but really gave me insight to why my neck hurts sometimes! For my first adjustment, Dr. Hove made sure to clearly explain what he was about to do before he did it. I had some trepidation about my spine popping, but learning more about the anatomy and facts alleviated those concerns. Over 30$ for them to email me a copy of my records (because I picked up paper copies without being informed I had options) after nearly 5,000$ in treatment. Decent chiro, mediocre to good massages based on the day and provider, and constantly changing front desk personnel. read more

Dr White is retired. There is a new, inexperienced one who has also replaced the office staff. I picked up my wife from her first visit with the new doctor and she couldn't even hold her head up straight from the pain. It seems the inexperienced doctor was afraid to adjust her because she was in pain. When else do you go to a chiropractor? He used the useless and ineffective actuator- which I think of as a placebo- and not much else. Had we been billed in the mail, I would have refused payment, but my wife paid at the office. This doctor is more concerned with setting up repeat and recurring appointments than fixing you. Time to look for a new chiropractor! read more

After many visits with this self absorbed prima-dona, I got tired of his making me wait while he sat and talked about his weekend with his staff which was often! When asked if he would take care of me because I had another appointment he asked me to leave (in not a nice way). Go to another office I found a great one off Kent Kangley Rd. read more

Worse massage experience! Came in to get some relief for my tension headaches.. had to leave work early because pain is excruciating. Went to this place but got wasted time and money! therapist spend most of his time using cellphone! Touched my head and neck very lightly and stopped and paused for a million times (i think to check on his phone).. I could not believe the experience I've had. Even at the front desk, you can't even get comfortable relaying your concerns because two three four people started staring at me (maybe because i was squinting from too much headaches AFTER massage). The massage actually aggravated the pain level to a 10 by far the worse!!! Arrrgh!! Very frustrating!!!! read more

Paid $20 for a 'gift card' that included a 30 minute massage and spinal check-up/consultation. Was told that x-rays would be included. After two appointments for x-rays and adjustments, they billed my insurance company for a total of $418, of which I had to pay $193.93. I feel as if I was deceived. Neither the administrative staff nor the doctor truthfully explained the billing process. By omitting details, they seem to have fooled me. Not happy. At all. read more

I'm disappointed and embarrass because I recommended this place to most of my co-workers. I work in the medical field...and so are my co-workers who are seeing you because I told them to at least try you out. I am there on Thursday and I see V. she is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had. Unfortunately they saw someone else and he was a waste of time. When a patient tells you they would like a deep tissue massage ( you need to deliver or you weren't listening ) It's absolutely ridiculous that you are even on your phone when you should have been focusing on your patient. Your in the medical field, so act like one, if you don't like your job then quit and find something else. You are bringing the place down. read more

I don't know how I haven't reviewed this place prior to now. I've been a very loyal patient of Dr. White's for the last 6 or 7 years, back when he was still in Auburn. I've been to other chiropractors (even worked for one) and no one is like Dr. White. When you come to Kent Station Chiropractic, you're family. I got into a car accident a couple years back and the doc and his team were able to squeeze me in within hours of when I was hit. Dr. White made sure I went home with an ice pack and instructions, and Val worked her scheduling magic to make sure I was able to get massages to keep my body on the right track. When I first started care, I had all kinds of issues that I would have never thought chiropractic care could help with. Now, I probably see Dr. White and his staff more than I see my primary doc. Val is amazing and always makes you feel at home and welcome. Jessica is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. All in all, this is a fantastic place. Dr. White is now looking to retire and I just met his replacement. He watched as both my husband and I were adjusted by Dr. White and tried to really get to know us. Dr. Tyler seems like he will be a great replacement. I can't wait to get to know him better. read more
