It seems profit is prioritized over patient care. The dental hygienist who scraped my teeth was a bit abrasive, and I was uncomfortable the entire time. I usually don't like to mention names, but one office was (that begins with gh and ends with osh) was particularly rude. I checked Yelp & after reading the reviews for this office I knew I could call this office for help. Sure enough, when I called and began explaining our dilemma, the sweat young Lady who answered said "come on over," asking only our location - as they were closing at 5pm. We drove an hour (each way) out of our way and they GAVE us a package of bands and wouldn't take any money for them! Actions speak so much louder than words, don't they? If I am ever asked who I would trust in this area with my children's or my own orthodontic needs I know what I will tell them & why. I saw I could trust these Good People at Susquehanna Orthodontics. I mean really "most of us in the US, when we hear of a child needing help of any kind immediately do whatever we can to help"...& I'll be honest, it does boggle my mind that such a small thing was Too much for ANY adult to help with...believe in Karma? I arrived to my 7:25am appointment about 20 minutes early and I was seen by the phlebotomist immediately. She was excellent- you can barely see a mark on my arm.
