We were met with resistance anytime we inquired about the smallest thing. A faulty pallet expander was put in my sons mouth and after 3 weeks of the staff telling me I was doing something wrong, they finally switched it out. He puts the brackets in MONTHS before they need to be just for the simple fact its "easier for them". No motto of consumer first here at this practice. We finally switched orthodontists after paying this asswipe in full, then had to pay out of pocket again for the job to be done correct. Buyer beware, stay far far away. My biggest parenting fail was letting my child go here!

He raised his voice and made several insults/demands during the visit. He left my teen in tears and caused tremendous anxiety for our family. He only cares about making money, charging high prices, and does not know all the latest orthodontic appliances available, so he is quick to recommend drastic surgery that is unnecessary given his lack of knowledge in the field and caring for the whole patient. I hope your family doesn't make the same mistake that I did, and can avoid a traumatic experience like this.
