While the small shop is a bit of a jumble, the proprietor really knows his stuff and after a few minutes listening to our needs helped steer us to a great solution. He even had a relationship with an installer so we could get it professionally hung (not something I wanted to tackle on my own). The only not was that it took about 6 weeks to get the fan as he only gets weekly shipments from his supplier. In this day of 2 day delivery that struck me as slow but we were still happy with our new fan and it's nice dealing with a local business.

Just had the most gorgeous kitchen peninsula installed for WAY WAY less than I would have thought…read morepossible. The install was incredibly fast and incredibly through. Like, I told them they didn't have to re-attach the corbels under the overhang because I planned to paint them first, and they, without any prompting on my end, sanded the old glue off the backs of the corbels so they'd be easier for me to re-attach later! Where do you find service like that anymore?! Plus the warehouse staff went to incredible lengths to help me find just exactly the stone I wanted- and their remnants are HUGE so I could get much better stone than I should have been able to afford. Someday when I can fix up the horrible old vanity in the upstairs bathroom I'll be happy to return to these folks for it.

From Andrew in sales, the front desk team and billing, Doug doing laser measuring to Ivan, Justin and Shawn doing the installation. Like any remodel, you find challenges and this team was able to solve them with ease. HIGHLY recommend them! When you do your research, look at how many 5-stars this company has. We were updating our kitchen and a half bath. I found their pricing easy to understand and I felt they were fair and easy to make changes. Their bid included plumbing so it was one stop service. We purchased the new sink and faucet and they were in charge of the installation. Once we decided to hire RockSmith, it was fairly easy to work with them. Go to MSI Surfaces and select our slabs and tag them to us and RockSmith. Once this is done, we scheduled a time for RockSmith to come and do laser measuring. (THIS IS AWESOME). This followed by going to RockSmith to pick a specific area we wanted to be the peninsula. Billing was easy.
