Their preferred vendor is Krzyzewski & Sons in Pigeon. My $18k concrete job is crumbling and I have been begging either the concrete vendor or Blue Water to come and look at it for 6 weeks and they have been evasive and rude. Kory just makes excuse after excuse. There were a lot of little things that weren't handled properly by Blue Water as well. They were supposed to reinstall my fence but didn't put any concrete in the footing and only buried the post a foot deep. It blew over 3 months after it was "installed". My slide has leaked since day 1 and has been "fixed" 5 times now. There are several other issues too that I would be happy to share. Pools are expensive, make sure you are getting the backyard relaxation you are paying for and not the nightmare that I have. I regret my choice to use them.

I believe this was a very unethical business strategy -- locking in a customer and then later trying to force additional fees to treat the rest of the lawn. They did not honor the original quote and only treated half of my lawn while insisting that this was what I had agreed to. When I refused to pay extra to have the other half treated, they canceled the service altogether. Very unprofessional and immoral business practices.

After two days of not hearing from the weedman we called to ask when they would be back to do the job that we have already paid for. They told her that it was going to be $100 more then expected because they did not realize how big our yards were. From my past experiences most companies use satellite imaging to measure out the size of the yards. I feel this was just a scam to get our money and when they showed up they played stupid and tried to charge us more for the job. Not impressed at all. Definitely going with a more honest upfront company.

We absolutely love our new hot tub and everyone over at Robinson's. They were incredible when it came to helping us pick out the right tub for our family and home, they pre-inspected the area as we were unsure if it would work, and the guys who did the install were phenomenal! On top of that, they frequently test our water for free and have very patiently helped us learn how to properly care for the system. Everyone is highly experienced and they work together as a team, so communication is excellent. If you're considering a new hot tub, especially if you're a newbie, I highly recommend Robinson's Hot Tubs. The difference it makes on our aching bodies is worth every penny we spent, which was far less than I thought it would be, especially considering the extras that are included with every hot tub. read more

I have been a customer of Robinson's for over 3 yrs. I have purchased a spa, two droids and a pool by my daughter. Today I bought 3 online spa chlorinators, which I do monthly. Kelsey and the other employee; I forget her name, she also is amazing, assisted me. The whole team, Dwight, Chris, Brianna Kelsey, and (?) know I'm missing someone, but they are all are excellent. I am very happy with the guys that open and close my pool. They know pools and particularly they know my pool. They always do a fantastic job on all my pool and hot tub issues.
