You see, I usually travel with 7-9 dogs in my car and the hair is impossible for me to get up. The owner, Boaz Mwamtobe, of A & G Car Wash and Detailing worked tirelessly for 7 hours and made my Jeep sparkle. "Whitey Hogan" (my Jeep) now looks gorgeous and smells amazing. My lady friend was in front and when she got to the wash she was stopped and told she had to get out of line. The young guy had clearly not seen we had a family package and wanted to throw his weight around. Finally after explaining she was let through. But as I'm coming up behind her this old dude in a red Mazda rx5 quickly backs out of the employee parking and almost hits me! What's wrong here??? Was he one of the owners thinking he could cut the line and cause an accident? Now on to the rest of the review. It is obvious Kwik Kar only sold the business and not the name because the service since Wash Shop took over is clearly not the same. Never did we encounter lack of towels, dirty lots or poor service with Kwik Kar. Nor did we encounter horseplay like two of their employees skateboarding around the wash like I found last week. It is clear there is a complete lack of management oversight here unless you count the old dude cutting in line as a manager. And that's a terrible example for your business. We are now looking to move our 4 vehicles to Tidal Wave unless things quickly improve.

How does that work...rip off??? So they have a sign on their door that states that there is an attendant on duty 10am-2pm Mon-Fri and 11am-5pm Sat-Sun WEATHER PERMITTING!! I have driven by this location for over a week daily during the times they are supposed to have an attendant present...and NOTHING...nada...no one was EVER there!! So I decided to call the number that is listed for them online....of course it rings...and RINGS...no answering machine....no nothing! I would hate to know how many "undeserved" dollars this place has robbed from people!!!!! Pathetic owners!!
