They missed the wheel wells, didn't clean the dirt out of my tires, left dirt in all the trims and compartments, damaged my defrost lines on my rear window, left dirt stains on seats, headliner wasn't even looked at, never removed steering wheel cover to properly clean steering wheel. When I received a message to pick up my vehicle they hadn't even done the ozone machine like they were supposed to and I had to wait an additional half day to pick up my vehicle for them to do something they were supposed to do over night. When pointing out all the issues, Andy had the guys go over it 2 more times causing me to wait even longer and the issues were still missed! Oh and I paid to get small chips out of my windshield and they are still there!!! I would not recommend.

My first car was a treasure to me. I had to go thru lawyers to get it from the owner (my own dad!) and it reflected the hard work and sacrifice I made to have the keys. After hearing stories of what a certain parental figure would do to people who didn't know better at his auto garage, I never wanted to take it to a small repair shop. A kid my age worked there who took a liking to my car-- '75 Cutlass. He was always honest with me even when I wanted to spend a lot of cash for something-- radiator service for example.
