Fortunately, I was able to replace my windshield for $390 elsewhere, which is quite reasonable compared to their initial quote. They definitely need to reconsider their pricing strategy. They sent my wife out in it with the gas tank held on with only one strap. The missing strap couldn't be added even if we located one as the mounting holes were so rusted they didn't exist. Also the back brakes wouldn't pass inspection. When calling to resolve the illegal sale with a fraudulent safety inspection they were unwilling to make it right. They as much as admitted the wrong by trying to negotiate paying half what it was going to cost me to fix the things that wouldn't pass a valid safety inspection. We are now filing with the state to prevent them from future dishonest sales. Be warned!

I had taken my cars in here for years but not anymore Three weeks ago I took my car in for auto…read morewash. They had just installed a new automatic washer. When I entered the machine started acting erratically. The attendant said it had been doing that all week and he had to reset it several times for me. After the wash I pulled into the vacuum port and noticed that there were several scratches and chips all over my car, from top of the hood and trunk and on both sides of the car, that weren't there before the wash. When I showed the attendant he said the scratches were just dirt (an odd thing for him to say after a wash). I told him to save the video and I was calling the police. When I hung up the attendant (who claimed to be the owner) just took off on foot. When police officer arrived, we could not find the guy. The responding officer noted the scratches and chips in his report. If you are going to this car wash I caution you check for damage before and after the wash.

It only had 70k on it, and the dealership seemed to be reputable, so I figured how much could go wrong? Once I had my local mechanic check it out, it was leaking from the power steering pump, AT fluid from the radiator, and oil from the rear main seal. Also, both front and back bumpers had been taped off and re-painted an off color. The front end had about 10 things loose on it. It was clear that the thing had been in a wreck and the mechanic who fixed it was either incompetent or stoned. After spending close to a grand fixing all of this little crap, I called Wayne (the head sales guy) to try and get some compensation for my time, trouble, and money. He said I should have contacted them and brought it back to them to have them fix it. I live 2 hours away, and the litany of crap that was wrong with the vehicle was a slow burn. It would have taken multiple trips back and forth. I wasn't asking for much, but these guys didn't offer me one dime. They don't give a flying fart about their customers. I don't know where they get their inventory, but I got burned. Take someone with you who knows what to look for, because this dealership isn't afraid to try and pawn off a wrecked vehicle like it's a cream puff. One of the worst screw-ups I've ever made, and the people at the dealership didn't even try to help me out.
