Very disappointing experience. I called ahead and was quoted around $650 for ceramic tint. When I arrived, I simply asked what brand and product line were included in that price. Instead of giving a clear answer, the staff became defensive, repeatedly claimed a competitor was "lying," and treated my questions as if I was arguing. I was only trying to understand what I was paying for before spending $600+. The most surprising part was that after I agreed to their revised quote, they suddenly refused to serve me, called me "out of control," and asked me to leave. I remained calm throughout the conversation and left without creating any disturbance. Customers have every right to ask about the product they are buying. Absolutely amazing! Contacted Rob less than 24 hours before I needed work done on my car and got a response immediately. They worked so quickly. And were extremely patient with me. For legal reasons, these pics are prior to the tint removal. Not cheap (windshield and front windows done) and literally have nothing to compare it to, but happy with the results. Highly recommend. UPDATE: 3 seconds after I left the lot, went to go get gas and managed to break the door to the gas thing. I text Rob for help and he responds immediately asking me to swing by. I first came to see Rob in 2017 when he tinted my Acura ZDX. He was a pleasure to work with and his team did an amazing job on my tint. I had every window tinted including my panoramic sunroof. They installed the 3M Crystalline tint and immediately I could tell the difference. The car was much cooler and the fact that the film blocks UV rays was incredible. Unfortunately,, my rear window broke recently and I had to take my car back to Rob. It was great to see him again, as he is the same nice guy, and he did an excellent job at tinting my rear window again. I recently had my car tinted here. The actual tint work looks good, no bubbles, clean install. But the pricing practices were shady, and I feel people should know what to expect. When I first asked about pricing over the phone, he refused to tell me. Once I was in the shop, he quoted me $900. That was higher than I expected. When I asked about the posted prices on his own board in the shop, instead of honoring them, I was told, "those prices are old, I don't know how to change the board." That excuse is complete nonsense. The board is literally a digital screen plugged into a computer. It takes seconds to update. After I pushed, he suddenly offered me $50 off. Meanwhile, the posted sign in the shop clearly shows a sedan at $599 and the windshield at $200. To make it even more suspicious, the pricing sign has a "no photos" notice right next to it. That feels intentional, like they don't want customers to document what the board really says. At the end of the day, I paid $850 and the job looks good, but the sales tactics left me feeling gouged and pressured. I wish I had walked away. If you come here, be cautious. Ask for all prices in writing before you agree to anything, and don't let yourself get pushed into paying more than what's on the board. read more

I had a few dashboard lights come on randomly related to the sensors -- SM Audi tried to blame it on the wrap. I called Rob who said he'd take the wrap off the sensors if that's what I wanted, but assured me it was not the wrap and to push back on the dealership. He was right. I ended up taking the car to The Beverly Hills location -- they agreed, it was not the wrap and discovered that they needed to replace a module.
