They have made this place really nice. The staff is great. They know what they are doing and they pay attention to what you want. I know they do a lot of detailing and I just had my car detailed at the dealership and I was not happy. Next time I will just take it to Impero and get it over with. They also do car raps and I am pondering that, but need to save a little to pay for it. We have 3 cars and then their is my daughter's car. I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

On top of that, my front window was practically burning my skin, and I eventually found out it wasn't even ceramic tint. That's been my standard my whole life, so I knew something was off. I ended up making the hour-long drive back to my old area to see Alex, and it was 100% worth it. He fixed the botched back window and made everything right. The person was very friendly and told us the job would take at least 4 hours, so we expected a thorough interior detail. Instead, it was finished in about 2 hours, and the rushed work showed. We were charged $320, but all they seemed to do was vacuum the seats and floors. The dashboard, center console, door panels, door pockets, inside of the side windows, and other interior surfaces were not even dusted. Then the windshield. While driving home, it was so blurry that we thought the outside was dirty and kept using the wipers. We eventually realized the residue was on the inside and had to pull over to clean it ourselves because visibility was so poor. When we contacted the person we spoke with on the phone, he apologized and asked us to send photos. He said someone would come back and make it right. Unfortunately, the same employees came back only to argue with us instead of fixing the issues. We aren't confrontational people, we simply expected the service we paid for. The whole interaction left us feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. For $320, this was nowhere close to a full interior detailing. It was something we could have done ourselves with a household deep cleaning vacuum, not what we expected from a professional detailing service. Very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this business.
