I sent over few vinyl wrap options this time and he quickly gave me estimates on the different car wrap (which is super good compared to other quotes that I got from other places) I decided to go with inozetek midnight green this time, which at the time was low on stock. Stopped by, requested a quote for window tinting, and got an appointment for next day. Two front windows tinted to match back windows (Alex knew the exact shade), removed old "Access OK" stickers, and fixed broken logo stuck on with weird glue. The car looks like a brand new car. Took about an hour, I waited in the waiting area and paid a very reasonable price. Great value. BTW, you're not supposed to roll down windows for 48 hours, I accidentally did that and rolled in a bubble. I went back, they were so understanding and fixed it immediately. Let me save you the time from quoting around - these guys provide exceptional service (20+ years) and they tinted out my whole car and did some headlight restoration for a great value. The lack of reviews almost made me overlook them but I called in and learned that they just expanded from another shop (that one does have years of reviews). There's no waiting area but I walked over to Tanner's Cafe (~25min walk) and waited 3 hours until my car was ready. This is an honest review of a terrible experience I had here. I came in for a chrome delete wrap (window trim, grill, mirror caps, badges) and a front window tint for my gf's car. We agreed they would use vinyl wrap for the trim, around the grill and for the bottom front bumper vents, and that they'd hyper dip spray the center of the grill and badges. When I picked up the car I was in a hurry and everything looked okay at first glance, but the second I got home I saw serious razor blade scratches (pictured) around the bottom front bumpers. And not just in one area, but ALMOST EVERY CORNER. We immediately called the shop and they apologized and someone named Sunset said that he knows what happened, there were 4 people working on the car and they were rushing to get it done and they were very sorry and that they'll fix the damage. I also texted one of the two Alex's that run the place and he apologized and said to bring in the car and they would take care of it. When I came back, the owner (another Alex), proceeded to tell me that they didn't do anything wrong and all those marks are from rocks (I'll let the pictures speak for themselves) they refused to fix any of the scratches and told me they were there before (which is ridiculous because I have been looking at those areas closely in preparation for getting work done and they were not there). Then they said, "It couldn't have been a razor blade, because we sprayed that area, we didn't use a razor blade." This took me aback because we agreed they would vinyl that area, the only thing I could think was that they tried to wrap the area, realized they messed up and sprayed it to cover it up. When I told the owner Alex this, he said "no, no we don't do that here." Well I now have PROOF because a few days later a piece of a razor blade wiggled its way out and was sticking out of the areas that "no razor blade touched" according to Alex. I have yet to even mention that there was also bubbling spray on the badges and after the first wash the spray dip was already rubbing off, just one week later. The tint was fine at least. The Alex's lied to my face and refused to take responsibility for the damage they did to my car. All I wanted was for them to fix the damage they caused but they refused and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault, even after they admitted they messed up. No refund, no anything. Avoid this place at all costs. read more
