Bought 2 used tires from them, the front desk woman was rude and incompetent. Left with my 2 used tires for home, upon my arrival I inspect my 2 tires again and find a rusted worn flat on top fencing staple in one of my recently purchased used tires. I contact the front desk to ask them what can be done about the staple, they say to bring it in to see if the tire can be repaired. I drive from Kearney back to Excelsior, new front desk lady same lack of customer service! This review is basically an echo of the previous 1 star reviews, which leads me to believe that this is just the culture at Robs. Never again will I spend hard earned money with this company because they have proven that they do not value their customers. By the way, the tire was not able to be repaired so they had to replace it. So, they sent me home with a damaged tire and acted as if it was an inconvenience for them to have to correct their mistake. Meanwhile I'm burning up my fuel and my patience driving back and forth to deal with their incompetence. The lady's that work the front desk that day need some courses in customer care and service. read more

Exactly where I would take your vehicle if you like dealing with incompetent/rude people. Damaged a wheel on my truck, gave it back to me with a terrible balance on all wheels & tires, and returned the truck with faulty tire pressure monitor sensors. When I tried to go and have it fixed they refused to work on my truck or give any money back. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I had all four tires replaced in an old F150 this morning. The tires ran about $39 each and, including labor and tire disposal, my total bill was about $280. I had one of the first appointments of the day at 730. Office staff was great, albeit pretty preoccupied. I was able to select the tires I wanted and they swapped them out in an hour or two. Needed tires put on my car and purchased 4 used tires each tire was over half tread and every tire had a hole in the sidewall. My appointment was at 5:30 I'm still here and it's 645 had to go through all kinds of different tires to choose a tire that didn't have a hole in the sidewall. The guys putting tires on did great very kind and helpfull, but the girl named Ally was very rude and half way dumb like she has no clue what she is doing, plus was acting very stressed avoiding the phone calls and pacing around while sighing. customer service was a rip!!!! Went in to get a used tire but they didn't have any in that size. Had to purchase a new one. The people behind the counter are far from helpful and they don't explain everything. When I got my new tire and left one of the ladies behind the counter called and left a real nasty message telling me that I didn't take my old tire. I wasn't told that I needed to take it and I thought the disposal fee as part of my bill. Avoid this place. read more

On 5-10-2019 I brought my Ford 4x4 in for an alignment. I had put a new steering box in about 3000 miles earlier and new tires about 1200 miles ago, so I thought I would get it aligned. The tech came out to me and wanted to show me something. So we climbed up under the truck and he had someone in the truck turning the wheel back and forth. It was apparent the linkage from the steering box to the tie rod was not tightened back down and is called the drag link. But the technician stated "it is stripped", I told him it was dirt and just to tighten it down. Mind you my steering wheel was straight as you sit in the truck. It took a while but he came out with the print out with the before and after pictures showing the alignment was done and he only had to adjust the toe. " you had a positive .1 and I like them adjusted to a negative .03". No big I paid and left for an appointment. As I drove I noticed the steering wheel was turned to the left about 3-4 inches when driving straight. No big I will go back when I have time and get it corrected. The month slips past and the last week of May I get my registration renewal. Great perfect time to steering wheel straight. So on 6-3-2019 I go in for inspection and have the wheel corrected. About 25 mins later Rob himself comes out to me and says "we cannot straighten the steering wheel until you fix the parts on the front end". You can imagine the dumb look on my face. He notices and tells me that it was "well documented on the paperwork" and my steering stabilizer was leaking and the tie rods are bad. When I told him this was never talked about he reiterated it had been. Looked at the gal that was helping me and said to document it on the paperwork. I said why did it pass inspection when the parts were bad? He replied, after a hesitation, "they are not a safety issue". Oh My said I. I gathered up my receipts from them and went back to show Rod that I was in fact telling him the truth and showed him that there was noo mention of the parts being bad on the original papers and that the front end was aligned. After a long confusing and little eye contact conversation he said: " are you saying that the parts are not bad?" I knew then it was time to leave, for good. By this time I had already ordered the parts since I knew they had not been replaced and believing Rob. I received them the next day and lifted the truck to do the work. You can guess what I found, The steering stabilizer shock was bone dry and in good operating condition, I forgot I replaced it a few years back, and the tie rod ends had absolutely NO PLAY in them. (if they were bad, then how did they align my front end? the papers from them prove it). While standing in the office there on the now 3 occasions I had I heard many a phone call and people at the counter complaining about work done there. STAY AWAY, very far away from there. If they are willing to lie to a disabled Vet, then what would they not do? read more

Had 2 different tires mounted and balanced understood I didn't have appointments. Left tires to pick next day. They said they would call when done. Didn't. Went back for tires next day asked to have 1 tire put back on car and was told to come yet again the next day. However living in Lee's Summit was not an option had to change my own tire in there parking lot at 3:30 pm while I watched and employee sweep the parking lot because they didn't have 5 mins to put a tire on the car from 2 days of driving back from Lee's summit. Left high and dry. Really disappointed, went to get an alignment and asked them to make my steering wheel straight and told them my truck was pulling to the left really bad, was out of there in 50 minutes. Left the lot and my truck still pulled to the left and my steering wheel was still not straight but had no time to go back cause my kids where getting out of school, the guy said I was good to go. OK 9 days later when I had enough money to get my truck legal I went to my local coop for a inspection , they pointed out that my upper control arm bolts where loose and the insides of both my front tires where worn bald and my tire where really nice mud tires about 260 a tire. so I had them check my suspension components out cause I thought that could be the problem but they were all good, so then I got ahold of the company and they said they had no record of me getting my truck aligned and I never received a receipt so they won't do anything, know I'm out about $570 . and that is a lot of money for my family .I will not send anyone to this company nor will they ever get my business again. read more
