He is thorough, efficient, and cleans up when he is done. I was a little concerned where the cost would end up on a time and materials job, but it was a fair price for the work done. The only issue I had was the that their answering service did not relay my message, so I had to call back the next day to set the appointment. I cannot vouch for their other plumbers, but JD is great and I will use him for any job that I can't handle.
