Very rude response and would not come out to job and look at what the customer wants done

I can't say enough great things about these guys! They went above and beyond after someone rear-ended our trailer and it completely bent the back bar. They removed the bar, straightened it, added two brackets to support it, replaced the rusty bolts that held the wood on, rewired part of the harness that was done incorrectly, attached the two ground wires correctly, correctly mounted the spring clip (we didn't realize it was incorrectly mounted), etc. They care about their work and the craftsmanship.
