They did not fix the dryer on first visit or second visit and third visit they were a no show. The other problems is the LOWES protection plan. They only have one provider in the area. Does this mean they will bill for 4 visits? Fraud.

One of my family members drove up and asked about the fridge. He stated "compressor's out" and left. Didn't provide any information to the home warranty company until I called them up and they had to push Coastline for the diagnosis. Basically, NO customer service skills and very late follow up. Showed up, couldn't fix the problem and got paid anyway.
