But we had to figure out how to pay off the reverse mortgage his father had so he could own the home. She falsely tried to get us to purchase the home from the estate. So we got a loan, only to find out on the day of closing that she had failed to notify any potential heirs of his death. He has a sister. The title company was able to find his sister by googling her. So then the loan was off. We had to wait 4 months to see if she'd contest the will( she didn't ) so then months down the road suddenly the title of the home is in my husband's name and the estate is closed. Thousands of hours billed wasted and paid to her. Then on our own we find out that all he had to do Is refinance the home to pay off the reverse mortgage. She doesn't know what she's doing !! We'd sure like to get back some of the over $7500 she was paid,for doing absolutely nothing right!!!
