The candle has three wicks, yet it will not stay lit. It tunnels badly (the sides don't melt down), the wax builds up around the edges, and there's black soot collecting on the inside of the jar. The wax pool gets so heavy that it repeatedly drowns the flames, and it becomes very difficult to relight. This is not normal performance for a candle and definitely not what I expected. What made this worse was the customer service. When I reached out for help, I felt like Lucy Evans was dismissive and did not follow through. The impression I got was that because she "only sells" the product, she believes she isn't responsible when it arrives defective or performs poorly. As the seller, I believe the boutique should stand behind what it sells and provide clear, timely resolution when a customer receives a faulty item. I won't be shopping here again, and I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you're considering buying this candle through this boutique, I suggest proceeding with caution. Limited selection of items, and everything on hangers is intermingled and tangled so you have to play a game of unraveling the hangers and pieces of clothing that are entwined together. And, I get it that you want to prevent theft, but is it really necessary to place those HUGE plastic anti-theft devices right at the back of the neck of every garment? Couldn't there be a better place so you don't bonk yourself on the head if you're trying something on? Also, those tags are often punched through the size label, making it very difficult to determine the accurate size of the garment. Out of 4 garments I tried on (all of which had the label obscured), 2 of them were not the size indicated on the hanger, which was quite obvious as one looked liked a potato sack on (much too large) and the other one made me look like sausage (way too small). Never would have even brought them into the fitting room if I had know the TRUE size. Sloppy labeling and marketing! And speaking of trying clothes on: good luck. Wait in line. The main fitting room was closed when I was there (mid-day, with many people in the store), with only the two handicapped fitting rooms available. Of course, it's posted to limit yourself to only 5 items for fitting at a time - but who reads that? Other customers and I waited quite a while for access, only to see two women emerge from one of the fitting rooms, each carrying at least 20 items each. Rude. Of course, while I was waiting for the fitting room, I could clearly see the meandering check out line forming throughout the store. If I had to wait 30 minutes to check out, I would put everything back: no item is worth it. And no business will succeed if this is their standard operating practice. Couldn't find an employee to save your life, either. Mainly wanted to ask why the main fitting room couldn't be opened, but no one was anywhere around. Pass this place by. Not worth it on so many levels.

Many sizes and styles from which to choose, and I've learned that just because you came in one week and found nothing doesn't mean that you won't hit the jackpot two weeks later! Service here was great - sales associates were super helpful and very friendly. I usually don't solicit assistance from the associates, but this time around I did and I was very grateful and pleased with their suggestions. While some of the styles here can be on the pricey side, hit them up during a sale or when everything in the store is 40% off (as I did) and you can get some nice clothes for far less than you'd expect. Lots of parking, a well-kept and comfortable dressing room area, friendly employees and you don't have to go to the mall (the best part). Actual store is arranged nicely so you can piece together separates that actually do go together without having to sift through crammed, unorganized racks. A decent sized petite section, too. Worth a stop, particularly if you live in the area.
