We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. The shut off valve was old and broke when he turned it off and they handled this like champs. He even said I could hire a plumber if needed and cover the cost to replace the valve. Luckily that wasn't needed and it was an easy $20 fix which they still insisted to pay for. I really appreciate how they handled this. I would highly recommend these guys!
