I normally don't like giving 1 star reviews cuz I feel bad.. Honestly. People are just trying to make a living... BUT This place was pretty bad. The medium pepperoni pizza we ordered took an hour... So when it came we expected some amazing pizza that would be the best I ever had.. But no. It was flat as anything. When I received the box it felt like there was nothing in there, and we were going to pay with card, but it looked like the driver was just going to enter the numbers in his phone and do it later.. So I thought better and just paid with cash.. A 20.. Our pizza was 15 and some change, and when I asked for change, he didn't even have any.. So I said whatever and gave him the 20.. Regret sank in once I opened the box.. The pizza was flat and looked as basic as anything. My girlfriend said it looked like they heated up some digorno and delivered that.. In all fairness, I like digorno and if I could change it, I would just get one instead of ordering this pizza.. It sucked. Flat out. You're better off not ordering it and just overpaying for some pizza from the resort you're staying at.. I hope you find this review well.. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.. read more

The delivery was an hour and half late and then when they said they were in their way the guy supposedly got in an accident but then the store gave us a different bogus story. I advise everyone not to order from this place. I ordered an XL pizza with cheesy garlic bread and it cost me $30. This includes the delivery charge of $5 and using a credit card charge of $1.50. I thought I was going to get good pizza, but was surprised by what I received. The pizza was so paper thin that some of the slices had huge holes in them. When I called to complain, I was told the manager wasn't there. I'm so disappointed I wasted my money. If you receive a flyer under your door from this place, just toss it. Absolutely terrible service. I made a simple order for delivery and I waited for it for over an hour and a half. I placed an order for a steak and cheese sandwich and some jalapeños poppers. I missed ONE call from the driver and called them back not once, but THREE times AND left a message for them. At about 45 minutes I called the shop and asked where it was and they said it takes about 45 minutes to an hour for delivery and it's on it's way. After an hour and a half of waiting I called the shop again and told them I'd like to cancel my order. They told me that the driver was back and it was cancelled already. No call or consideration for their customers. It was not a very pleasant experience from a customers stand point. I do not recommend Rocco's Brick Oven Pizza! read more

If there was an option to leave a worse review I would gladly do so. Saw the flyer this morning and thought it would make the evening simple after a long and exhausting day at Disney. Placed an order for one of the specials on the flyer and was told that it would be around 45 mins for delivery. They also tacked on a $5 delivery charge...no big deal. I wasn't promoted for payment at the end of placing my order and was told the drivers had swiping machines with them. Again I'm ok with this because times are changing as we become more technologically advanced. When an hour had passed I didn't think too much of it because I assumed I wasn't the only person that had the idea for a simple evening, but I called anyway and was reassured the driver would be there any minute.....1.5 hours after my order is placed I get a call from the driver stating he's in the lobby. I get down to the lobby, he pulls his credit card swiper out and it adds another $3 on the bill. I inquired why the additional charge, his first response was oh that's the tax...I was already quoted an after tax and delivery fee price when I hung up the phone. He then said it was a fee for using a credit card, I laughed and told him to call somebody at the store because I wasn't paying anything more than I was quoted over the phone. I especially wasn't paying them the fee they are charged for accepting my credit card. That's not my problem at all! After a back and forth with whomever he called on the phone and me telling him he could take the entire order back (Sadly now I wish I had insisted this option) and that I wasn't paying the additional charge they deducted it from my bill. All is well or so I thought...get back to the room with our pizzas, cheese bread, and wings!!! Only to be completely let down. Over half of the crust on the rubber cheese bread was burnt, there weren't any dipping sauces for them either. There was nothing red that came anywhere near the likeness of pizza sauce on the pizzas, they were bubbly over cooked dough with less toppings than a kids personal pan from Pizza Hut on both combined. They were absolutely terrible, I honestly had to inspect them to ensure they hadn't baked one of the tops of the box! The wings were nothing to write home about, they were the second best thing they brought next to the can soda they couldn't have possibly screwed up. They didn't send any ranch or the extra ranch I requested for the wings. All in all I was too exhausted to even bother calling to complain, especially after the ordeal from having the additional charges removed from the start. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE, IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER ANYWAY YOU WILL SADLY REGRET IT! read more
