We are still seating here enjoying our meal. This place is amazing!!! Chicken bacon ranch pizza out of this world! It's loaded with toppings, light and just so tasty! Our son got a cheese calzone! It's cheesy! It's light! Its buttery!!! The sauce is served separately- which is genius!!! Sauce is made in the house and my husband said he could swim in it! Stopped in for some Italian food. The bread sticks were delicious. Got a spaghetti & meat sauce; the pasta was a bit over cooked but the sauce had decent flavor. We also got a Spicy Chicken Pizza (wasn't very spicy, but good otherwise), and a Deluxe (which was my favorite thing there - the sausage on the pizza was some of the best I've ever had). Looked online for the best pizzas in the area. Rocco's came up on a couple of different sites. So, decided to give it a try. Was not disappointed. Service and food were great. This was the best pizza we have ever had! Owners were very nice and informative. Rocco's was cozy and clean. They make their own crust, sauce and some of the toppings, including mild tasting sausage. All of the toppings were diced small, so every bite had everything in it! We had the Deluxe. Lots of customers came and picked up their "take out" while we were there. After driving by Rocco's on Sunday when they were closed we decided we had to try it on Tuesday. We are from Chicago but my son likes NY style pizza. We are so glad we did. We decided to dine in and the pizza was really good. We also had the calzone and penne with marinara. Those were good too. Definitely worth a try. The following day we visited Silver Dollar City and wanted something simple to pick up on the way home so we ordered takeout pizzas. They have a convenient drive thru window for carry out. We were on vacation in Branson and wanted some pizza. We decided to eat here based on the reviews. When we arrived, the area was kind of dark, and parking was in a dark gravel lot. We went inside and it was small. We stood there a couple of minutes before they offered to help us. We decided to get our pizza to go based on the atmosphere and smallness of the place. We ordered a hamburger and pineapple pizza. They told us it would be 25 minutes and we could pick the pizza up in the drive-through. We went to the car to wait and then drove around the back of the building in the dark to find the drive-through window. When we got to the window, they gave us the pizza, and we had to ask for plates and napkins. The pizza was very thin, and the ingredients were very thin and few. The pizza lacked flavor. We were not impressed with the customer service, location, or pizza. We do not recommend this place. Other places in Branson were really good to eat at. read more

They offered us a place to sit and water while we waited, the inside is charming and a great atmosphere to relax and actually be able to hear yourself have a conversation with your loved ones. Honestly it is definitely the most average pizza place I've been too. The crust had good flavor and I did enjoy the barbecue pizza. The Buffalo chicken was fine and people enjoyed the food. The service was good, the guys were hustling and working hard. The place was not very nice and it was super hot. My biggest frustration and complaint was the garlic knots. They were insanely tiny. 3 of them were smaller than a quarter. It seemed like they were freshly made dough balls with melted butter on them. Then they took mixed garlic from a jar and scooped it on. Left an honest review on TripAdvisor only to get a snide response from the owner. The food was so gross that it was literally inedible, and it was expensive ($80 with tip). I said as much in my review and the owner said they had no such order and that the review was obviously fake. So I emailed them proof of the transaction and the name and number under the order, and have received no response, snide or otherwise. Photos below for proof. We have picked up pizza from Rocco's for about 5 years when we visit Branson. We enjoy New York style pizza, however our last visit was something very different. The pizza used to be a pretty good NY style, but is now something much cheaper and akin to a cheap pizza buffet. The crust was not, bubbly and chewy, but instead, thin and cracker like. Not thin and delicate like STL style, something in between. Service was ok, it was there, but barely. Having been there in the past and enjoyed it, we were really disappointed and will have to find a new spot when in Branson. If to had no memory of it being much better, I would have given it an additional star, but it drops to 2 because they were a solid 4.5 and clearly got cheap. read more

I wasn't overly impressed. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is good. I would say above average. The crust is really good and toppings are plentiful. 3.5 stars on the pizza. The staff is super friendly and kind. Honestly they have to be one of the friendliest staff I've ever seen. 5 stars on the staff We also had the fried cheese which are no better than the crappy microwave ones you can get. So 2 stars there. We also had the fried zucchini which was to be expected. It came with I believe homemade ranch was was really good. So 3.5 stars there. Ranch was good. Was too full to try any of the desserts. Wish I could have tried them. Son also got kids Alfredo which I thought was good but he didn't like. They are not serving beer or wine right now which sucks. Great pizza in Branson. Not sure if it can compare to NY style but our family was pleased. The gluten free crust was thin and crispy. The good old fashioned pepperoni was perfect for a hungry crew! The Deluxe was a mix review for our crew. A few said the Italian sausage was a little wonky..., but that's coming from some sweep the kitchen lovers from Johnny Pizza. The other half loved it.... Soo it is preference I guess. We placed our order as soon as we left sight and sound theater after watching Jesus and our order was ready just after we arrived. Seems to be popular place, the secret is out. Ordered meat lovers and this pizza was excellent! A medium is really enough for 3 people. They put alot of meat and alot of bacon. Grandson ate his whole small cheese! We wanted to try the garlic knots but have to be next time. Believe me, I have added to my notes for Branson. Hopefully next time we visit the inside seating will be open. This is no comparison to the chain pizza places you are forced to get late at night after shows. IMHO this is the best Italian food we have found in SW Missouri. Our first visit was just to pick up a pizza. That was so good we decided to try dining in. We had calzones, spaghetti, pizza and more. All so very good I wanted to come back while I was still there eating (weird I know). Little house off the beaten path with a wait staff that is friendly and great but short staffed like every where else. The inside is not fancy but definitely pleasant.
