Funnel cake
Christy S.

We have driven past this place many times, but the sign for funnel cakes caught my eye on a recent trip. There is ample parking in the steeply slanted parking lot. I was greeted quickly and everyone was really friendly. The restaurant is set up like a classic diner, and offers burgers, pizza, etc. I was just there for dessert, so I ordered a funnel cake. It was made to order with your choice of toppings, but I chose the basic one with just powdered sugar. Sadly, it was disappointing. The cake was super thick and dense and not very crispy. It was ok, but not what hoped for. I also took a couple pieces of pie for my group to enjoy later. The cheesecake and the Reese's pie were both pretty good.

Needed a little something after our show. This is one of the few places opened later. The service is fast and friendly. This is an old school diner. Love that old school feel. Great little snack, chili cheese fries and some ice cream.

All I can say is, "Oh My Goodness-the PIE!". I had the coconut cream and hubby had the regular Apple ala mode and they were both delicious. The custard in the coconut cream was cold, creamy and laced with coconut and topped with a perfect level of whipped crème. I'm not a whipped cream girl but it was pretty tastee! The ambiance of this place is fun and retro. There is a main jukebox at the front and smaller options at some of the tables. The menu included about six different pies and several types of cheesecake. There were also several ice cream options as well as diner food, like burgers and dogs and sandwiches. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who eats.

Was looking for a new place to have some ice cream. I always look for local places before going to a chain. This place is super cute, plenty of seating and even has an arcade to keep the little ones busy. There are so many options for desserts and food! Prices are really not bad for a touristy place!

Ice cream & strawberry funnel cake

This place was packed at lunch time & I know why! Good, tasty food from the patty melt to the icecream & strawberry funnel cake. Friendly staff.

Saw the reviews and a ton of YouTubers saying how great the food and experience was. Of course the arcade sold my kids. We being foodies and gamers this seemed like the best start to our vacation. Unfortunately the burgers were terrible they were almost the same texture and taste as the ones from elementary school. Basically they threw a ton of seasoning on it and threw it on a soft bun that turned mush almost immediately. Service was meh. The juke boxes at the tables advertised "we work try it" of course my 10 year old excited drops her own quarter in and nothing. No music, no song she selected, so I grab the employees attention and she tells me "oh the tables... yea sometimes they work it's why you should have used the big one over there." Not the response I was expecting but ok whatever it was only a quarter (At least she wasn't rude about) but still zero care. On top of everything it was 73 dollars!!!! For 5 under whelming burgers and fries. Now it wasn't all bad the desert we got the kids was pretty awesome, if I had just come in for desert this would have been a 5 star experience. So eat somewhere else and grab desert here and you will be very happy.

We stop here every year we go to Branson at least twice! We stop for lunch or dinner and desert or just desert. The place is always busy but worth the wait. It's clean and the staff is always nice. Don't forget to visit on drive in night. The food is always great haven't had a bad meal there.

Enjoyed this restaurant a lot! Food was good and we got to sit outside in the back and watch the drive-in movie while eating! It was great!

It was a pleasant surprise. It was great to get away from all the fried food on the strip. So, is you are tired of fried food, come here and get not fried food. But if you need fried food, they have some fried food on the menu.

The restaurant is somewhat tucked away behind Bass Pro Shops along the shopping strip, but it's definitely worth seeking out. We decided to sit at the bar, and Jazz immediately took great care of us. She quickly got us a couple of cold beers, handed us menus, and made us feel welcome from the start. Friendly, attentive service always makes a difference, and Jazz did an excellent job throughout our visit. I wasn't overly hungry, so I ordered the Cheesy Burger, while my colleague went with the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger. When our food arrived, we both realized we may have underestimated the portion sizes. These burgers were huge! They were packed with flavor, cooked well, and loaded with toppings. Even with healthy appetites, we could only finish about half of our meals and ended up taking the rest with us for later. As we were enjoying our food, we noticed an eerie fog bank slowly rolling across the lake. It created a unique and almost surreal backdrop that made the evening even more memorable. Between the beautiful scenery, perfect weather, excellent service, and delicious food, it turned into one of those unexpected dining experiences that sticks with you. Great meal, great atmosphere, and a fantastic way to spend an evening in Branson. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.
