Beautiful HUGE pizzas, delicious crispy French fries, and fresh salads at a very reasonable price. The service is top notch to boot. The owners and servers were the coolest. I was hesitant to come here due to the low rating but we were craving pizza and the place was nearby and packed (good sign). We ordered a Large cheese pizza well done and a small caesar salad. The salad was a nice big portion and the dressing was really good. The pizza was good, not the best I've ever had but I would eat it again. The pizza wasn't well done, it was on the softer side but I figured they didn't make it well done because of how busy they were. Perfect place to go for lunch during a chill beach day! We stopped in today, starving, from being in the sun all morning. The meal was quick, but delicious, and the staff was so friendly and nice to talk to throughout the meal. The prices aren't bad either. They are served with actually chunks/thin slices of garlic and although I could be wrong, it didn't seem like the canned stuff I usually find at restaurants. I have been going to this pizza place for years and have never once complained. As a matter of fact, last week when we ordered a large pizza and a Sicilian it wasn't even their very best(as a matter of fact the Sicilian barely had cheese on it and the regular large pizza pie was burnt. Spent a few hours at the beach and was hungry for a slice. The place was packed on a monday, they totally need more help. I got a mushroom slice and my partner got a pepperoni slice. The mushrooms are canned which I like, but I tend to stay away from because the majority of them are from China. My partners pepporoni slice was really greasy( not high quality pepporoni). I had to use numerous napkins to blot. They only carry pepsi products which isnt a good thing in my book. I went to the market next door and got a can of soda for 1.00. There are a lot of old drunk men hanging out in front drinking booze and not eating pizza. They should be shooed away. Ive only tried the slice, so I cant comment on the rest of the menu. My partner gets the burgers and that VERY picky burger eater really loves the old fashioned cheeseburgers. If you like the blaring music on Hollywood beach, come during the band and sit outside. If you don't like he blaring music, sit inside. The doors are nearly soundproof so you only hear the music when the door opens. The service is usually good, the meal is inexpensive and it's always delicious. Pizza, pasta, burgers, mozzarella wedges (these are FILLING) garlic bread, garlic rolls... so good. Bear in mind, like most places on Hollywood beach, 15% gratuity is added to your bill automatically even if you are a party of 2. Still, just a good go. read more
