I called got an answer machine and left a message, very, very, poor customer service. I called them back, next day, I was place on hold 3 times b4 someone finally answer the phone. They said they haven't gotten a quote, after 4 months later. This is the F-ken worst dential office I have ever been to in this area. Since they treat adults as well, I feel they are more professional compared to clinics that only serve children. It's easier to book appointments for kids, but adult appointments tend to have a longer wait time. Some people complained that they discriminate against Medi-Cal, but I didn't even mention what insurance I have. I just tried to book a cleaning appointment, and they told me the earliest available slot is in November.
