I have been going to see her for a few years now. I always seem to have troublesome teeth and she is so kind and never gives up trying to figure out how to make things PERFECT for me. For example, I went to her to get a bridge. When she attempting to fit it on, it wasn't fitting exactly right. So she decided she wanted to order a new one and start all over again. It was important to her that it fit perfectly. Other dentists I've been to just do the bare minimum to get the job done. Her assistant and the office staff all treat you like family. I was nervous my first visit, but ever since, I am happy when I walk through her office doors. Unfortunately she doesn't take my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. I love the team here! I feel right at home especially with all the Filipinas! It's like I'm with my Tita's all the time. Their building is super clean and always with the best equipment. I love the free gift bags you always provide because the products included are always top quality (i.e. Oral B toothbrush, Crest mouthwash & Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste)! The only thing I think needs a bit improvement is time management. My basic clean up and exam was at 11am. I wasn't seated until 11:25am and finally left the building at 1pm. So basically it took 2 hours to get a check up and cleaning done. However the customer service is superb! Just needs, like I said, to have more awareness of time.
