Started coming once my uncle referred me to her office. I've been coming to her office for years and have referred my mom (former dental hygienist), my dad, wife and kids (well they have no choice). The staff is great working around your schedule and always. Very clean office and you can watch your favorite Netflix and Chill while they clean your plaque. Dr. Sarah and her staff are THE BEST. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and really cares about your teeth. First off, the staff, Rose and Connie are so welcoming. When I come in, I usually bring my children, and they always acknowledge them by name and give them treats to make them feel at "home." When my daughter had her cavities done, they were done so fast with Dr. Sarah's reassuring voice and explanations. My 4 year old daughter kept on telling me she had "Silver stars on her teeth." It was done without any tears. All my dental procedures with Dr. Sarah has always run smoothly. But what makes her shine above the rest is her dedication to her practice and her patients. During the past holiday season, my front crown came off which made me looked haggard. Even worse, it came off on my anniversary. I couldn't go around with a missing front tooth! I immediately called Dr. Sarah after my anniversary lunch which was a Saturday afternoon, and she stayed longer to accommodate me. She was my superhero!!! She stayed till late that night with her assistant Rose to make trays for my tooth so I wouldn't walk around "toothless". I cannot thank her enough for all her help and dedication. I was referred by my husband, and I was pleasantly surprised by how professional the receptionist, dental hygienist, and the dentist were. Extra 5 stars for the male hygienist who did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays. He was very through and his professionalism made me at ease. Also, for the entire time he was cleaning, I watched Netflix comfortably from the adjustable screen in front of me. Another 5 stars for the receptionist who remembered to call me back when she had a cancelled time frame for earlier appointment. The most pleasant visit to the dentist I have ever had! Super clean, modern, state-of-the-art facility that makes you feel at home. As if Dr. Sarah and her nurse's conversations do not keep you entertained enough, there is also a movie of your choice playing on the monitor overhead to keep you distracted from all the foreign objects clanking inside your mouth. Dr. Sarah was also kind enough to rewind the movie when I "missed the good part" while she was debriefing about my teeth's conditions. Despite my avoiding the dentist for over 5 years, I was on the borderline, but did not qualify for a deep cleaning. Dr. Sarah worked her butt off to scrape the stubborn tartar off my teeth. When all the work was done for this visit, she gave me a consultation of next steps, which all sounded very reasonable. She definitely has her patients' interests at heart, and does not trick them into unnecessary procedures just to make a few extra bucks for her clinic. Dr. Sarah's stellar service has won me over after just one visit. She and her staff are super knowledgeable about ... teeth. They knew right off the bat I was missing a set of teeth in the front, because they were pulled out when I got braces. Dr. Sarah and her nurses are also extremely patient, gentle, and courteous with my teeth. They kept apologizing if they were hurting me (which they were not!), and making sure I was OK throughout the visit. I'm a little bummed and surprised to see that she doesn't have a review on yelp because she's amazing! The first time I saw her, my teeth came out whiter because she removed the stains that my previous dentist never bothered with. That's just with a regular cleaning. I've had my share of dentists because I moved around a lot, and I must say that Dr. Sarah is great! I've been here several times, and I'll keep coming back, even though I live 30 miles away. I think she even has patients from as far away as moreno valley! Pain-wise, I've never felt a thing when she was tinkering around my teeth (doing cleaning and filling), and got to watch all sorts of movies while she was doing so. Dr. Sarah and Rose are really nice and great, friendly to chat with. First, Rose was able to fit me in as the last patient to fix my chipped tooth which was 5 times less than what another dentist wanted to charge and plus the other dentist wanted to do it another week. I could not wait since a chipped tooth i feel needs to be taken care of pronto and Access Dental was there when i needed them. I have been going to Dr Sara since I was 18 I met her back when she worked in Rancho @ Ponderosa Dental I have always feared the Dentist from the first time I met Dr Sara she was very Gentle she makes you feel so comfortable. Me and my family went there for a few years then one time I went to my cleaning appointment and Dr Sara wasn't there I was told that she no longer worked at the office and they couldn't tell me where she moved. I continue going to the office and my kids started to fear the other dentist working on them they would cry and wouldn't like to go.
