I have received NO invoices or statements. I called and the receptionist stated she could NOT transfer me to billing. I had to send a message in the portal it took 2 more calls for them to get the portal working properly. My message said the bill was not my son's, it was mine for $17 from 2022! Again, no invoices or statements. Was told I could not pay over the phone. The portal message back from billing was to call and pay over the phone - when I stated I was told that could not be done, they sent a link. I paid the $17 then 2 days later received a text that my daughter now had an outstanding balance! The portal is inactive AGAIN so I called and after being placed on hold by same receptionist, was told to disregard, there is no balance owed. I requested something in writing to confirm all accounts were at zero addressed to each account - she would request Ann, the office manager try to do that. I said, try is not an option. She would not give me a direct line to Ann, nor would she allow me to speak with her. Your medical services can be top notch - not even saying they are - BUT - if you cannot handle customer service and allow conversations with live people, your business will not survive long term.

During that time, my micro-needling and Dysport treatments were done by the same provider (Nurse L) with great results. Recently, a new nurse (Nurse J) performed both treatments. Both procedures were done a month apart, used the same medication as before, and both turned out poorly. The only variable that changed was the provider. I met with the doctor to explain this and shared specific concerns: the Dysport reduced wrinkles next to my eyes but created new ones above them, and the micro-needling left my skin visibly damaged for 2 weeks (previously it healed in under a week). The doctor minimized the issue and said Nurse L might not want to treat me going forward because I was unhappy with Nurse J's work. I was refunded for micro-needling but not Dysport, which was fine -- I wasn't seeking money. One detail I didn't share at the time: after my most recent Dysport appointment, the receptionist (unprompted) asked if I'd prefer to book future visits with Nurse L instead of Nurse J, before I expressed any preference. That tells me my concerns weren't isolated. Three weeks later, I received a letter from the doctor canceling my future appointments and stating I was no longer welcome as a patient. I'm disappointed with how long-standing patient feedback was handled and am now seeking care elsewhere. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions, especially if consistency and accountability matter in cosmetic treatments.

I had been seeing a dermatologist there for quite a few years. I had pleasant experience. The only issue was I had a basal cell on my forearm which I pointed out to them for 3 years in a row. It took that long for the doctor to remove it. The thing is, the doctor saw me and then left me with the NP. She performed the removal & sutured the wound. I was one of her first patients. I now have an unseemly scar on my forearm. I would have preferred the doctor to finish up. I'm sure the insurance was billed for the doctor. I went there when it was doctor Loss' practice. I am not comfortable with the treadmill atmosphere. Its way too busy and less compassionate.

Shelby is a dedicated professional and an excellent part of Dr. Greene's team. She takes the time to explain everything she does while examining you as well as offers advice. Plus she always has an assistant with her taking notes, helping out. Dr. Greene has organized a group of medical professionals. I'm very pleased with his office and Miss Lantier. I left the office today with a clean slate!!! :)

And the treatment she suggested worked, and when it turned out it would cost me tons of money, they worked with me to find something different that was more affordable. Getting an appointment here is not easy to though! I made my last appointment pre-COVID (can you even remember that time??), and it was a 4 month wait. Due to COVID, it was going to be a video appointment, and it would have been another 4 months to reschedule! If you have any reason to make an appointment, make sure you don't wait. Book it now!

This was the primary reason for the sugery... to correct an inverted nipple and to round-out a 'squared' area of one breast for symmitry It was a big and disappointing surprise when I woke up. Dr. Vega by the way, said he thought I wanted to be smaller just ahead of the surgery(!?). I had to remind him we discussed him trying out 2 or 3 different sizes to get a C/D cup, which I was before the cancer, and for symmitry. It was clear he forgot, and did not order larger sizes. Whe we discussed that the fat transfer wouldn't have made a difference, he himself suggested I get a 2nd opion. I did.... going to the doctor he recommended. Mistake. At that visit this doctor referred to Dr. Vega by his first name (friends or what?) and said the work was 'just fine'. ("not") Dr. Vega's office then sends a letter saying that since I went to another practice I am no longer their patient. Please note... my records were not sent to the office I used for a 2nd opion, I went for a 2nd opinion at his suggestions, and I never said I was leaving his practice. What is interesting, is that the fat-transfer work I had done prior (but in Florida so no longer covered by my insurance) was great. And my new, local doctor was able to complete the 'tweaks' just fine. Last, there were no office visits of any sort made prior to the surgery, and so it is not a surprise Dr. Vega lost track. But he did not make it right, and his arrogance was awful though he did call to personally apologize after one particularly nasty visit. I expect my surgeon to have just enough arrogance and confidence to cut me open. But not to the point where s/he does not listen. This review will be shared elsewhere as well.

In mid July while working I discovered a bump near my belly button, the umbilical cord. It came out…read moreof nowhere quickly. And during the month of July I had my dermatologist appointment. While she examined me she noticed the bump and stated that's a hernia. And she mentioned a doctor who specialized in hernia's by the name of Dr. David Burns. I told her I had scheduled an appointment shortly after my appointment with her with my regular doctor for him to look at it. Within a few hours I visited my regular doctor and he to stated it was a hernia. I showed him the name of the doctor my dermatologist mentioned and he said he had met him and suggested I try him. I came home and called his office and got an appointment on July 16th. I met Dr. Burns on the 16th, he said it's a hernia. I said you have been recommended by 2 other medical people and I'd like you to perform the operation. He directed me down the hall to his private secretary Veronica, and she sat with me went over the details and times available. My surgery was scheduled right then and there, August 8th. Everything went well. 19 days, everything said and done! I was pleased with Dr. Burns, Veronica, and the entire operating room staff. They were all professional and caring people.
