The research lab itself is filed with the most amazingly warm and helpful staff. Nurse S.E was super transparent. She explained every single thing that would be taking place including with who and how long it would take so I could plan my breaks and meals. The doctors are the best in neuromuscular diseases. I have a rare form of muscular dystrophy that they helped discovered and train the experts. This was a breath of air because they knew before I had to tell them and I didn't have to explain anything. They are the best of the best and this clinic was just top knotch. I wish I was closer so they could be the ones treating me full time but confident that they did an excellent job with the doctors I see now that trained here. Everything went as planned and finished exactly when anticipated. They are all amazing and this was a perfect visit.

This impressive university was a short drive from my Airbnb and I checked it out right before leaving town. Parking is a little tricky if you're not a student but I ilegally parked and got away with it. Shh . . . let's keep it a secret. From there, I went on foot to explore the heart of campus. While not a breathtaking campus, UR is nice. The heart of campus has some nice architecture and I walked into the library (shh . . .). After taking in the sights, I went back to my car and hit the road for Syracuse.

I was there in the mid 90's, its a yeshiva so first of all the food is quite lousy. Note to the…read morefirst comment, the Rabbis are Rabbis and hence they will preach about GOD, i mean for god sake its their job. I didn't like their whole musser approach to life, it kind of makes people act and feel like robots. It would be nice if they taught alittle bit of Rabbi Nachman or some other positive chassidut to balance out their musser shtick. However this would never happen because they firmly believe in their "mesorah" or tradition of learning, and the path of chasidut and the Bal Shem Tov arent a part of their program. Basically, the focus of the school is on greatness through intellectualism. If you are looking for a place that will nurture your individualistic neshoma and appreciate you for who you are, this aint it. This place is a yeshiva with the goal of trying to groom the next generation of kiruv professionals.The rabbis will take an interest in you only if you are someone that has potential to follow in their path and bring "nachas" to them. All in all i appreciate that the yeshiva let me hang out there for high school, i can't say that they helped me personally though.

The class was set up very nicely. The teacher had a projector to show and instruct the entire class. It was nice to see her instructions on a big screen. There were about four table in one class. The set was very organized and supplies were nicely arranged. Small on site parking lot. Definitely recommend taking a class at this site!
