Since then, they have grown to love two more of our children and have taken care of them all in every way. Our daughter was extremely well prepared for kindergarten after finishing preK. The center never closed due to staffing issues etc. They are extremely knowledgeable and competent with food allergies. Most importantly, I always knew my children were going to be loved and deeply cared for when I dropped them off in the morning. They have made lasting friendships and their teachers remember them for years after they left their class. It is a special place and we feel extremely lucky to be a part of it.

The teachers and staff are receptive to feedback whenever I have a concern, and generally implement a fix right away. I like the convenience of the cameras, I can check in whenever I like, whether they are inside or out! My son is in an infant room currently, and his teachers are attentive. He had brought home crafts, and has developed his words and milestones at a good pace. they update you on how much they ate, when they were changed, how long they napped through an app. Tuition is $335 a week for infants and includes breakfast, lunch and snack. I will say there are some great people who work here and genuinely care about your children. On multiple occasions our kids were picked up with bumps or bruises. We were told it was from the play ground or normal 3-4 year old play. But after asking our child what happened we were told it was from another student or something else that wasn't told to us by the teachers. It seems like the director at this facility will do whatever she has to to make sure her job remains easy even if it's over something as little as not saying another child scratched ours or something along those lines. The final straw was when one of the teachers screamed at my child and physically grabbed and yanked my child from a chair all because he wanted another sandwich at lunch. She then called my child a jerk. This is how this individual felt it was appropriate to speak and act with a 3 year old. There was video evidence of this altercation (unfortunately without audio) that shows her putting her hands on my kids. If you aren't a parent I can't decribe to you the gut wrenching feeling you get when your 3 year old try's to explain and process what happened to them that day. Another teacher luckily saw the incident and reported it. When questioned about the incident the initial teacher admitted what she did. Yet the director wants to lie to our face and say that never happened even though a second teacher confirmed it. I brought the entire incident to the directors attention when I went to pick my kids up. Even though she was already informed I received no phone call of the situation. Like it was being brushed aside. We have since pulled our kids from this facility. Like I said I do believe there are some great people there that truly do care about the kids they watch. Unfortunately I can't have my kids at a facility where they allow a girl to act that way with a child. I no longer have confidence that my child's well being is put first and foremost. I believe the director will say whatever she has to to keep her job and protect her "friends". If you do decide to bring your kids here I highly recommend you request that Emily is NOT to be in the same room as your children.

I read these reviews but decided to take a look for myself and was so glad I did! The facility is very secure and safe, always clean and smells nice, the kids all seem very happy, and the staff (that I have met) are all super kind and loving toward the children. Sidney is incredible kind and very helpful, Liz (the director) has been very helpful and kind as well. My daughters teachers are incredible, Patrick and Grace are very engaged with the kids and have made my daughter feel right at home. She loves going and I couldn't be more happy!

They seem to truly care for our daughter and that brings us peace of mind. We can that Kids First is a nurturing environment based on the daily snapshots and also by our daughter's happy demeanor when picking her up. It's nice to have consistent teachers with low turnover. I think Melissa has been with Kids First for almost 20 years. We are so much happier at Kids First than at the other previous daycare (DoodleBugs). It seems smaller and close-knit with excellent caring staff. I'm hoping that when our daughter graduates to the next classroom, the teachers will just be as good.

However hearing the guns go off at the nearby shooting range always had me on edge in case a stray bullet came by. There was also the issue of working part time at another job, I most of the time never got out on time. The communication between some staff members were great while others there was complete lack of. If you're fine that there's a shooting range nearby, then that would be the place to go to.

However I feel there's a good consistency in the teachers there. They keep "floating" teachers there to a minimum, so it's almost always one of her regular teachers at pick up and drop off. There are good programs to keep the little ones busy. I believe there's a regularly schedule rotation of art and music teachers that rotate through the rooms. They also have a surprisingly robust (and newly renovated) outdoor space and playground for the various rooms. My 2 year old spends a lot of time exploring outdoors in a safe and contained space, which I think is a good thing. CCB does a good job of communicating any changes in schedule, staff and events. It's a relatively big place, but seems to well-organized. They also provide food which is a plus, since meal prepping for our little one was a big time sink and also probably less healthy. Overall I would highly recommend CCB and wouldn't hesitate to send another child there in the future.
