    Food Truck

If you're from the Buffalo/ Rochester area, then you'll know how delicious this product is. Fortunately, we have a food truck and a native that imports, cooks and sells a variety of upstate New York products. These are white hots, or simply pork hot dogs. A bit like German brats, but it has its uniqueness! This place and product is famous in what is called, " The Garbage Plate". You can find that on YouTube. Anyway, these are certainly worth the trip to buy them and grill them yourself, but take my advice, let Tom cook you one so you can see how it should be cook. Very nice businessman! I drive 1-Hour for these and its one of the best treats in the world! You wont be dissatisfied. The cool thing is that if you live in Broward or Dade, hop the Brightline and Uber over to him! He accepts cash and credit card!

This is an almost chicago dog which comes with relish tomatoes and jalapenos. The bun was incredible as it was buttered and toasted and a good size hot dog bun! I really enjoyed my hot dog. The price for a dog was 5 dollars. It didnt come with any extras like the tater tots or a drink. Those cost extra if you want them. IF i ever see PS 561 again I would definitely buy another dog from their food truck. 5 Stars from me...because I love hot dogs and i love PS 561!

Go Ps561! Thanks for taking the title to my 800th review :)…read more I finally got the honor of checking out this awesome food truck in downtown Lake Worth the other night for the Food Truck invasion event. The menu kicks ass. You can get a dog with different types of creative toppings. Each one of the menu items have a crazy name for them and it suits each one well. I wanted to try all of them, but I stopped myself from doing so. The Exchange Student was ahhhh-mmazing! It was topped with garlic mayo, pineapple, and potato chips. The bun was perfectly toasted with butter and I enjoyed each bite more than the last. My husband got the Principal Ron and it was topped with bacon, BBQ sauce, and goat cheese. I took a bite of his and it was good, but I wanted mine more ;) Kudos to the guy that was doing the orders that night since he was the only one on the truck doing all the work. Even though it was the longest line out of all of the other food trucks that were there, he quickly handled each order smoothly and didn't stressed about the crowd waiting for those delicious dogs. The schedule is online, so you can check out when and where you can get one or four of these delicious hot dogs. The $5 price is fairly reasonable for each one of them. I definitely will try a different one the next time I visit the truck.

We visited for lunch on a rainy Monday national holiday so it was fairly slow. Very cute spot with a smaller selection of items from the full menu at their larger restaurants. Remaining are the "Mini Lindys" which we enjoyed, one full sized burger, hot dogs, a quesadilla, sandwiches and tenders, along with sides, soup (chili), salads and shakes. Missing are fountain drinks, which one would expect from a lunch counter. Instead they offer a cooler with canned and bottled beverages, including beer. Now to the food. The Mini Lindys were delicious, with hand-formed patties, grilled onions and melted American cheese. They were hot and fresh and came with one side. We chose fries, which were crinkle cut and tasty. We also added a side of onion rings, which were generous and very good with a side sauce that tasted like a spicy ranch with a horseradish hint to it. Yummy. The young lady at the counter was friendly and attentive and the food came out quick. The price is a little higher than your average fast food, but so is the quality. One caution is for this location the only parking is three on-street spaces across the street. The bank next door is posted for customers only. I'd go again if it was walkable and I'm in the area. Otherwise, I'd love to try one of their full-service locations in Wellington, Jupiter orDelray Beach.

The food was delicious. In order of best/must try: Drink: Bloody Mary: homemade tomato juice and the hint of horseradish was perfection. Food: 1) crab Benedict- crab stuffed cakes with perfectly cooked eggs. The hollandaise sauce was delicious. 2) filet + eggs + grits. The perfect amount of grits that were creamy and delicious. The steak was super tender and eggs, again, cooked perfectly. 3) BLTA salad was super refreshing 4) Chicken + waffle -- it was okay. But take the chicken and add it to the salad-- and that was the perfect combo. Dessert: The Mud Pie was the perfect way to end the meal-- though thoroughly stuffed-- it was a top 5 of mud pies! The environment is super clean, service across the board is excellent and perfect Palm Beach vibes.

Tuna poke rolls or some similar then across a few days tried the salmon, chicken under a brick, chicken pot pie (best we have had in a long time), Cuban sandwich, and even the cookies and milk. Fries are incredible. Great menu and can literally order anything. Only knock was service. Felt very rushed and seemingly no need for it. No crazy wait or lines out the door. Just rushed, few word exchanges with the server. Little slower pace, and little engagement with the family and instant five stars.

This was nice because we were able to still keep the tab open and continue ordering if needed. I got the tropical salad with brisket. The brisket was absolutely melt in your mouth! Service (N/A): Everything is ordered on your phone by scanning the QR code on the table. They bring out all the food on a platter. Sauces: I loved all of their sauces! They aren't too spicy but have a depth of flavor. I especially liked the white sauce mixed with the spicy. Coffee was meh. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes but the meal was a bit of a letdown. Our neighbor's brisket looked better than our meal. Pulled Mojo Pork (4/5): The pork felt dry despite being covered in mojo seasoning. I would have preferred plain pulled pork but it still accompanied the sauces well. Single Hamburger (is actually two (2) 3 oz patties) (5/5): I enjoyed this burger due to the sauce and loved the potato roll. We ordered it with bacon which were thick cut slices and that was delish. Mac and Cheese (2/5): Rich but not much flavor. White cheddar cheese rather than yellow cheese. Hush Puppies (4/5): You can skip the corn bread if you're going for the hush puppies which were heavy due to the fried exterior. Without the homemade butter, the hushpuppies did not have much flavor to it. Curly Fries (2/5): No frills with some seasoning, but not much. Did not have any crunch, felt like I was eating soggy fries. Plantains (5/5): Hard to mess up sliced plantains but due to how heavy they are, we only had one a piece. Having had BBQ in many places, this place isn't it.
