I took photos of my bouquet before I took it apart to dry each of the flowers. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to put it back to together exactly the way it was, but they did! they did such a great job putting my brooches back in the bouquet as well. The frame itself is custom made of course with the wood and colors I wanted to match. fast forward to about a year later (marriage didn't work out) and the owner was very gracious as I reluctantly wanted them to take their awesome work back. The owner gave me the opportunity to at least keep the frame (even willing to change up the look) to repurpose it as they couldn't refund the money. He hung on to it for me for months (and gave me back my brooches) before I made the decision of giving it up entirely. I thought at least they could keep it at their store as a wonderful example of their work on their first framed wedding bouquet.

I went in on a weekend day and there were two ladies working, Lauren helped me. We talked through framing styles and what would look best with the other woods in my living room (I took pictures so we could match colors). We went with a deep brown - very simple, no embellishments. They have different levels of glass that go with each - regular clear glass, anti-glare, and museum grade. I went with regular glass and no matte. The more intricate things you add on or fancier styles of frame all cost more so consider that as you're planning your purchase and they'll give you quotes on the differences in pricing to find out what fits your budget and what you want the end result to be. I paid in advance in full, but there was an option to do just a deposit if that's up your alley. I came back a week later to pick up the finished print and was so happy with the end result. If you're planning to get something framed for a gift (especially during the holidays), plan ahead as it takes a few days up to a week to do the framing.

I was in a wedding there this past weekend and everything went so smoothly. The getting ready areas were very fun (the men got ready in the Firehouse toom and the girls got ready in the Marilyn Monroe room). The only issues we had were that the lighting was too dim for getting ready - we remembered to bring a separate makeup mirror with bright lighting options which saved us. The outlets were also difficult to find. It was a very cool and unique space to get ready in and the men were set up with a pool table in theirs. The wedding photos are not in yet but I just know that they are going to look phenomenal. We took photos in many different places around the venue (its huge) and I can't wait to see how they came out. Definitely more unique than youd typically expect for wedding photos! The bride had a positive experience with staff in getting everything ready and organized leading up the big day. Everything went as planned and it looked beautiful. Some exhibit pieces were in the way during the ceremony and they made arrangements to move them to make more space. The only issue we ran into was the heat. The AC was on but I dont think it was directed into the getting ready spaces, and when there were large groups of people around in the main room it was still too warm. Not a deal breaker but something to consider if being too warm on your wedding day is a concern for you.
