His automotive expertise and his compassion for people, makes this business stand out above the others. Paul goes above and beyond and is always willing to go the extra mile, whenever I've dealt with him. My most recent personal experience....I was nearing the end of the month needing an inspection sticker, no appointment made. I took a chance arriving at the opening time to see if they could fit me in. Not only did Paul make arrangements to fit my vehicle in, he also lent me a vehicle to use to run errands while my vehicle was in service! This was totally unexpected and extremely appreciated. During these uncertain times we're currently living through the Corona scare, it was uplifting knowing that there are such good people out there who really do care.Thank you again!!

Today I brought my car to Firestone because of a vibration/shimmy only to find out that all four of my brand new tires are destroyed because Meineke misaligned the car and the toe on all four wheels was out of spec. Don't go here. These idiots just cost me $900 worth of tires and another $150 for a four wheel alignment to fix their mistake. Then the GM called and left a voicemail asking me to call him so we could discuss the situation and when I did call, all he did was make excuses about how anything could have caused the car to fall back out of alignment even though I've only driven it 3,000 miles since leaving their Meineke shop. He refused to do anything to rectify their mistake, and wouldn't even admit that his technicians made a mistake.

I had been to the Rochester, New Hampshire Jiffy Lube to get my transmission flushed. The manager…read moretold me he could not do it. He said he didn't have the right equipment. He also said not gonna take a chance. it could end up costing him $$5000. The crew before this one did a transmission flush on the same vehicle no problem. I figured he just didn't do it because I heard that the Dodge Journey is harder to work on. after I read all the reviews and most of them sound like my problem I had with them. I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube in Rochester, New Hampshire at all. Not even my worst enemy.

Suddenly the mechanic is unable to change the oil because is does not know how to unscrew the cover of the oil filter. The same vehicle was serviced at this location since 2008 till 2017 and there was no problem with unscrewing the old filter. Today after waitng 20 minutes in line I was informed that the service cannot be performed because the cannot unscrew the oil fiter. I took my car back to my home garage and unscrewed the filter in 2 minutes. Are they week because of covid pandemic or just plain lazy. Shame on you Jiffy lube. Kris

I went to get an oil change and tire rotation, first the lift was at a tilt when they performed the rotation so many things wrong about this! Then after the oil change was completed my car wouldn't start. I was already fuming in my car with the way they did the tires then to have my car not start what BS! I got really pissed asked what were they doing with my car then claimed that my battery was dead. No it was fine, they must have disconnected something then tried to blame me for getting upset and using foul language! Instead of just owning up to the issue. I've been a customer of TW for over 30 years, so I popped on in. They had a pretty good price for the two tires I needed, but being a non-profit, I inquired if they could do even better. The certainly did and were extremely helpful about it. Literally, everything about the interaction was one of the most positive experiences I have had at the retail level in ages. I was greeted at the door by a man installing tires. He was friendly and welcoming. Inside at the counter, more of the same (a second man), something that doesn't always happen in the world of automotive parts/service. Beyond that, he set up our non-profit in his system so we could continue to receive those benefits on future purchases. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and had a bathroom available (also clean). The only other customer while I was there, a middle-aged woman, had repairs done to her tire which were explained clearly and completely by the first employee who had greeted me. She had questions that made it apparent she was not fully savvy about cars/tires. He was very patient and thorough in his explanation did so without talking down to her (another thing that is fairly UNcommon in this business). TW has always treated me right in terms of price, but the service at the Somersworth location is far-and-away the best I have seen at any business of this type. Do not hesitate!

They did what appeared to be a good enough job (although the attendant couldn't drive my manual and they finally got a different attendant after they stalled it half a dozen times while I watched in horror). Fast forward 2 years. I happened to be sitting on the ground and could see under my car and noticed one of the tires tread patterns didn't match the others. Upon further inspection, they had installed one of my tires backwards. I had done 10k on the tire at that point. I took the car back and was waited upon by a very unkempt dismissive and rude individual. He not once apologized. He made it sound like it was my fault and how could I not notice for 2 years and that they were doing me a favor fixing it. The tech that did the swap was equally sketchy and rude to my face. They scratched my rim in the process. I've used this business half a dozen times dating back to late 90's. The place is sketchy, deteriorating and I recommend everyone go elsewhere. It's clear they don't care about the customer or the business.
