There is no need to be so rude. If I knew the process then I wouldn't have asked. I left the car running so obviously I am not going to leave my vehicle in front of the garage. I was polite when I asked the procedure, the least you could do is give me the same respect back, take the unlit cigarette out your mouth and look at me when you are giving instructions instead of walking away.
