Return phone calls and act like you want the business. We just got ignored. Not a good way to run a business.

I stopped by and placed an order. A proof was supposed to be sent to me to approve and they did not send one. I called and was told they are not accepting anymore orders and the person who took my order was on vacation. The person I talked to was rude and unhelpful. The person then called me back and rudely scolded me for complaining, wouldn't listen to me and hung up on me. I won't use this business again. read more

I dont even know where to start..this sign company is just AWFUL..the owner has zero people skills and treats his employees like he owns them..i was quoted a price and a date that I could have my sign finished and installed by and it was more then two weeks late..that was only the beginning the product he had originally said he would use to make the sign was NOT what I had paid for....it was supposed to be treated wood as to not rot and he chose to get the untreated wood (about 50$ cheaper) and needless to say the sign fell apart and blew over in less then 6 months..I am not the only person who is not happy with this company...I know of three other company's who refuse to do business with this man..I wouldn't go back to him if there wasn't another sign company to choose from in all of Michigan read more

Rochester Sign Shop does an amazing job with their communication skills & follow-up, specifically the owner! They are, efficient, courteous, accurate & PROFESSIONAL! They give their honest feedback and take the time to discuss every detail with you to help you create a vision until you're satisfied & happy. I loved their high tech use by allowing you see a full picture of how your shop would look like when choosing a certain font, style color, etc. They definitely use every inch when it comes to their client's satisfaction.
