A technician came to my house and I was told that the part was ordered. Six months later, I still didn't have the part. Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.

It is not the easiest set up to work on, and some neglect from the previous owner led to a few problems that had to be addressed. Jeff, after previously working with his team and installing a new cover on the spa, has been pretty relentless in chasing problems and coming to the cabin when I am not there to get this fixed.
