I have a cabin with a spa that was getting a little long in the tooth and leaking. I initially had Georgia Spa doing monthly service checks, and when the rest of the problems started I got a hold of them to see about servicing. It is not the easiest set up to work on, and some neglect from the previous owner led to a few problems that had to be addressed. Jeff, after previously working with his team and installing a new cover on the spa, has been pretty relentless in chasing problems and coming to the cabin when I am not there to get this fixed. For months, I struggled with a recurring "green water" issue in the hot tub at my short-term rental in Blue Ridge. I ordered a top for my spa. I paid in advance and waited for the I install. The installer installed the top when I was not there which is fine. However he sent me a text picture of a tear in the top that came straight from the vendor. The installer told me that he would have another top ordered. I called service a week later and they had not heard anything about the issue. I texted the photo to a number they provided and I still not heard back from anyone. read more

Up to now, we've had great service and follow up for our hot tub which we bought in 2020. Needed to replace the head pillows for the tub as the plastic coating was beginning to peel. Tried for three days to order them. Sales folks in the showroom were very nice but said I needed to call the service line to order. I left three messages for on the service line across two days and could never get anyone to call me back. On the third day I finally got someone on the phone. She said she would check on it and call me back that afternoon. She did not call back. Finally I reached someone the next morning who was able to take my order. She was very helpful but it shouldn't have taken more than three days to get this done. We're still very happy with our hot tub but Ga Spa just needs a little more discipline in following up with customers. read more

We had a Hot Tub at our house in Texas, but I hadn't persuaded my husband to put one in our new home in Georgia. We went to the Home Show and looked at all the companies. Georgia Spa had a great display and a sale, and a showroom/sales and service just 4 miles from us in Kennesaw. We went and talked with Jody, and she was very helpful and answered all our questions. We were going to get a smaller model, but in the end upgraded to a 7 person model so family and friends could join us. It took a while to get our spa, lots of preparation of a pad, but by December we had our Hot Tub. We love having the shop so close, because we can take a bottle of water in every week and have them test it for us and tell us how to care for it. Unfortunately in June our breaker started going off. We would reset it, and it would be fine for a day or two, then pop off again. We also noticed a leak. We called service and they arranged for a technician to come out. A handsome young man named Tim came out and found the problem within 10 minutes. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. No more electrical problems and no more leakage. We highly recommend Georgia Spa for their sales staff, their installation staff and their service staff. And we LOVE our hot tub. read more

I have had an ongoing problem with my pools WiFi component that nobody seems to know how to solve. This WiFi problem has been going on since June 2023. I have had no less than 3 different technicians come to my house to addressed and fix my issue. I know, and I was told that I'm not the only one with this exact problem. And after 3 attempts, my problem still exists! It was recommended that I make a purchase of additional equipment to fix. So why do I have to spend extra money 2 "try" to fix a problem that I am clearly not the only customer has. read more

Georgia Spa Company did a very good job of explaining the differences in hot tubs and providing some good training once I purchase my hot tub. I had a few issues with my South Seas spa, and they were very good with their follow up. I did have one additional problem with the outside panel of my spa fading prematurely. I called them and requested a warranty claim for it and they did follow up with the manufacturer, however, due to multiple delays, I had to take matters into my own hands and call the manufacturer myself to badger them until they finally shipped my panel to Georgia Spa for repair. Overall, I would recommend them, but they sometimes needed a little push to keep things moving. read more

First-time Buyer - Excellent Experience! My wife and I are first-time owners of a beautiful hot tub, thanks to the great people at Georgia Spa Company! And it was SOOO much easier than I had even hoped for! We started by doing extensive research into the types of hot tubs available, compared the technical specifications, and formulated an initial conception of what we were looking for. Then we surveyed the various purveyors around the area, and read practically all of the reviews. We contacted a few companies for estimates, but, frankly, most were vague, and felt suspiciously similar to a timeshare sales pitch. Georgia Spa was not as close to us as many alternatives, but their responses to our questions were very genuine, so we made the drive. It turned out to be a fabulous decision! When we walked in, we were not swooped down upon, but rather given a few moments to orient ourselves in the dizzying showroom. When we were approached, we first received a warm introduction and a smile before turning to tubs. I liked that. Soon, we had all of our questions answered, and we quickly made up our minds. Once we decided upon a spa, I thought we would get to the drudgery of arranging site prep (extending our slab, setting up electrical, etc.), but Georgia Spa made this extremely easy for us! They recommended contractors whom they trusted, and who turned out to be far better than I expect I could have arranged myself (and at a lower price than I was expecting). Installation went swiftly, and amazingly easily. Soon, our hot tub was filled with 104 water, and shortly thereafter, us. As a postscript, I would also like to note that Georgia Spa's help did not end after the sale. A few months after the sale and installation, they offer to come out and do an inspection to ensure everything is still going well, that the water is properly chlorinated, and to offer general advice. For us, Cameron came out and answered a few questions that had popped us since we had been enjoying the spa. (He was great!) Overall, I am very impressed and pleased with Georgia Spa. read more

Couldn't be happier with my experience ordering from GA Spa Company, While my experience getting the hot tub ordered and set up for delivery was great, it was really Michael and Team #3 who did the install that really pushed the experience over the top. They were true professionals and made the experience quick and painless, answering every question I had and taking ample time to make sure I was comfortable with the placement and knew how to get the spa up and running. I feel like 99% of the time, the actual delivery installation for any big product is usually the worst part. Not here. They were the cherry on top. Honestly, it's because Michael and Team #3 that'd I truly truly recommend working with GA Spa Company as I've never received that level of personal care when dealing with what is usually a hectic, stressful day of installation. I ordered a new spa cover for my spa on a side deck. There are no stairs and I got hung up and couldn't meet the delivery guy to let him in through the house. We actually had a swap out of a Hot Spring Envoy we had purchased last year in August 2020. It leaked and Watkins the manufacturing company determined to replace it which we were extremely happy about. We fast forward to receiving the replacement this April 2021, the first thing we noticed is the broken lever control to the jets on the lounger. its apparen during the swap out of receiving the new spa, they pulled off the lever controls and swapped them out. How tacky! So we have broken knob. Also, the controllers are messed up. The wiring is apparently incorrect because the controls are operating different jets in opposite ends of the spa. No one stayed to confirm the setup was done correctly. We used the spa for the first time this weekend and noticed these issues along with the smell of burning wire. I have a call into Watkins to inform them of this horrible experience. I will also inform the dealer. I am not a happy customer of Hot Spring spa and am doubting we choose the right brand. I originally wanted a Bull Frog spa. read more
