This company use to be wonderful but has gone downhill. I went online and filled out a service request and never received a response. A few days later I called and nobody answered. I called the following day and again nobody answered so I left a message for them to call back and guess what. No return call. I called again and finally spoke with someone that informed me it would be $199.00 to come out to my home. Once they got here they would give me a quote. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging. read more

Georgia Spa company is one of the few locations that offer salt water hot tubs. Jodi was great at helping us pick out the perfect spa for our family. We went back-and-forth about which spa to get and ultimately settled on the Pulse. She was never pushy and communicated with us while we were going back-and-forth trying to decide. She made us aware that free shipping was going away so that we can take advantage of the best deal. We were lucky enough to be moved up on the list and received the spa just in time for my birthday. Every time I go in, she greets me by name. Overall, the service provided by Jodi is great, she's truly top notch! The only reason I rated Ga Spa a 4 is because we had a few problems with damage caused during delivery of our spa that took a while to be reconciled. Overall, we are very happy. read more

We haven't filled it with water yet, but I can tell you the entire experience with Georgia Spa Company has been outstanding. I scheduled a spa move, but there was an unforeseen accident that prevented the move. Not GA Spa's fault nor ours, just an accident. Unable to correct the issue the crew had to leave without providing the service. I requested a refund. They refuse and insist on keeping our $440. I don't normally write reviews but figure someone could benefit from my recent experience with Georgia Spa. I had shopped around for hot tubs based on the price range I was interested in spending. I ended up buying a Hotspring "Flair" from Georgia Spa in Kennesaw. This model was just coming out, new for 2018 and they did not have one filled. I had always heard to wet test the tub before buying. I did sit in the empty floor model and it seems to fit. I'm 5'8" and 150. I was extremely disappointed in this spa. The lounge seat floated me out or underwater and two of the main other seats blew me off the seat if I didn't support myself with my hands. Obviously there's no way to know this until you wet test it. I decided to go back to Georgia Spa and talked to my salesman Steven. Steven worked for quite some time with me and we talked about options. The store allowed me to "upgrade" to the more expensive Envoy and Steven worked out a pretty good deal for me. Stephanie set up the delivery and swap out the following week. Keith and his crew that delivered the original spa came back out, picked up the old and delivered the new Envoy. Keith and crew were outstanding. I am absolutely thrilled with my new Envoy. Prior to this I had the biggest and best spa Jacuzzi makes and loved it. This spa tops that one! My lesson learned from this experience is wet test a hot tub before you buy it!!!! A little weird doing that in the showroom but I'd highly recommend it. Kind of like buying a car without the test drive. I wanted to thank Stephen, Stephanie and Keith for going out of their way to get me in the right spa. We purchased our Finnelo Sauna from Georgia Spa at the Kenasaw store. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and were able to answer all of our questions. Georgia Spa Staff kept us informed on our estimated delivery date along with electrical requirements to hookup our Sauna. Georgia Spa Staff called and emailed us about our location and location of our Sauna. On the day of delivery and installation, Georgia Spa Staff kept us informed about the delivery time and estimated installation time. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer our questions. Installation of our 5 by 7 Sauna took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. The installers cleaned up all boxes and packing material and left our Sauna in perfect order. We have used our Sauna daily since having it installed about 2 weeks ago. I would highly recommended The Kenasaw Georgia Spa Staff and their installers for your Sauna. read more

I went into the Kennesaw store with the intent on purchasing a reconditioned Bullfrog. The salesman was very good and talked me into a new clearance Hot Spring hot tub. I waited almost a month to make the final payment and arrange delivery due to a family situation and some home remodeling. I explained that I didn't have a safe deck as of yet and was told I had 1 year for a free move. So it was delivered and set up flawlessly. I have been purchasing my chemicals there as well, and on my 2nd purchase I was informed they recommended a different chemical regimen. I wasn't given any info on it other than to just start using the chlorine-based product and had to do the research myself. On my first valet service, the serviceman did not get the cap on straight and the water slowly drained out of the tub while it was still running. It took numerous phone calls for someone to finally call me back and send out another serviceman. 2nd valet service went smoother. Now I am ready to move my hot tub to my new deck and I have been told their policy is 6 months for the free move, not a year. The salesman is no longer there.... I have enjoyed the hot tub, but I am not happy with their customer service; I wish I shopped around more. read more
