Anyone can sell a product, but when the employees go out of their way to explain how something is used or how it works, it makes you feel like coming back. The employees t take their time to explain how a product is used or go out of their way to ask what my interest were so they could better serve their me. Some things can be very confusing, but they make you want to come back for their products. Plus, hands down, prices are amazing, they have so much, you can't just walk in and walk out. This place has a wide variety of juice, coils, mods, tanks, kratom, and CBD. The employees that work at Izzys have always remembered faces from what I can see and normally are able to pinpoint exactly what the customer is in need of even if the customer has no idea what they're looking for.

I showed my valid military ID, and they still refused the sale, acting like I was trying to break the law. However, you're the one not following the law. I came in legally, showed my credentials, and still got treated like a criminal. If you're going to deny service to military members who are literally protected under the law, at least train your staff properly.
