The salesperson identified the low spot in the house and wrote up a contract. The final result is that the low spot is still there and my front door will no longer open and close. They want to charge me $2000 more to fix the original low spot. The supervisor, Larry, is rude, he lies, and has no intention of resolving this issue. Totally unprofessional on communication and consistent disappointment on trusting if the appointment was scheduled.

He poured another 8-9 yards of concrete & left a gap between the 2 & a hole 1 foot deep for a drain, so my driveway was useless for approximately 4 months.
