Made a pretty far drive to check out some items I saw online I wanted to purchase. Super sick store' Came in looking for some new shirts and some tripp pants. I wanted to go to a place that would have a variety plus have the option to try on the pants since it would be my very first pair. The staff was super kind and helpful in helping me decide which pair of pants i'd get. Found some sick white and black tripp pants and left with a liquid blue shirt. Super sick options from trad goth styles to more alt styles. Plus a huge selection of bands tees. I enjoyed being able to look through a printed sheet to see which bands they had tees for; made it super efficient. Tiffany is a such a great listener and made me feel heard when I explained the bad costumer the girls that worked the day before put me through. They went back and forth arguing in front of me about a piece I wanted to try but didn't know how to adjust and who had to do it, and when the second girl came over to "help" she immediately said no this won't fit you try a size smaller. As if I don't know my own size nonetheless I trusted her judgement and went home only to find out she was wrong! I went back the next day and drove 45 minutes to get it exchanged . I hope Tiffany gets recognition she deserves and that her unprofessional colleagues follow after her example I'll gladly come back when she's on duty, if I see those two other girls I'll skip on buying that day, their attitudes scream jealousy and it shows. read more

I was very excited to come here and find some shirts that I'll never find in my own city (I live in Canada) but I've never ever felt so unwelcomed in a store before. 5 times I've gone here over the course of 16 years and 5 times I was treated like crap. I'm not looking for a silver platter, but rolling ones eyes saying "Thanks for wasting my time" because I didn't buy anything is pathetic- even if your gimmick is 'angry punk'. I went here on August 19th 2023. First off the one girl behind the counter acted like I was bothering her asking for a price of an item. The older male owner stated $34 for a belt but then when ready to check out charged my friend $40 for the belt. I bought 1 dress which was supposed to be #29.99 plus 30% off, I was billed $76 for 1 dress. I have to dispute with my bank, this owner is shady and does not charge you the proper price for items. read more

Best metal/rock/horror shirt selection outside of the internet! Staff is always nice, KNOWLEDGABLE, And friendly.

This store has a selection of goods that are of varrying qualities. The wristbands and woven patches I purchased are amazingly made, and completely worth the cost. Unfortunately the two other items I bought a tie, and a necklace. Have some disappointing flaws that are quite upsetting. The tie is made out quality fabric, but it has poor stiching. The keeper loop that holds the back of the tie, came off instantaneously when I unpackaged it. The necklace on the other hand has a strong chain, but the pendant snapped in half the same day I got it. It is upsetting; because I expected the necklace to be of a high caliber. Since it cost me roughly 17 dollars. These are easy fixes; but I expected better from these items. Needless to say this store is not terrible, but a few of their products may be hit or miss. What a great experience. My teenaged son and I wandered in here and had the best time. The shop owner and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My son had to spend his own money on a new leather jacket and they took lots of time with him finding the perfect style and fit. I ended up buying him another shirt he can wear to school in the fall, just because the experience was great and they worked with us on pricing. This place is awesome, and I wish Utah had something similar! The awesome front display drew me in, and I don't regret a thing. I was greeted by rows and rows of black t shirts with awesome bands on them, which really is my dream. They had tons of other items, including Lucky 13 jackets, body jewelry, and pipes. All of the above were super cool. The lady behind the counter was super nice and helpful, and pulled out all of her Marilyn Manson merchandise, after hearing about my love of him. Needless to say, she made the sale. I walked out with three new Manson shirts to add to my ever growing collection, and my wallet didn't take a huge hit either! Now that I am back in Utah, I really wish I would have picked up one of those Lucky 13 jackets. They were pretty expensive, but I think it would have been worth it. I agree, Rocktown is a pretty BAD A** store!!! They seem to have allot of cool SH*T. I've been going there for years! (like at least 5). I've spent $1000s on black T-shirts there. The owners there are very nice!!! The guy that runs the place is ultra cool!! His brother runs the shop next store - so if you can't find what you need at Rocktown, go next store. Rocktown also has a bunch of photos everywhere of tons of famous rockers in the store. A very Cool store for sure!!!! Their prices are definitely better than rockabilia.com. Rocktown's shirts seem to shrink after awhile (I'm not sure if the shirts are fully legit or licensed). But for $20 bucks you cant go wrong. Only downside... they stock nothing larger than XL. Huge selection of metal shirts for bands you wouldn't commonly find merch for. If by chance they don't have what you want, the owner will order it for you. Very nice guy. The best part (for me) is that they carry metal shirts for ladies. I guess female black metal fans are too scarce for anyone to bother making shirts for them, so finding metal shirts that aren't giant and are fitted properly is damn near impossible for us chicks, but Rock Town has them. The selection of girl shirts is very small compared to the regular selection, but still nice, and I don't know where else I ever would have found girly-sized Emperor or Leviathan shirts. read more

A really great store if you're searching for underground metal bands. They have many great shirts there. Anything from Iron Maiden to EyeHateGod. Prices are very good, considering that you can't find these shirts most any other place. I reccomend you check it out if you are into metal.
