When I brought it up to the landlord guy from this company and asked for a partial refund for the house not being clean he basically called me a liar and told me to get over "tinny bread crumbs" I had a good weekend anyways..... uhmmm what!? Sure the house was tidy and had a ton of potential but it was in no way CLEAN especially $288.15 (more than the daily rental rate) clean. The way I was ignored until I got VRBO involved is also a big issue in my book. Like I said.... I would never rent, buy, or anything from this company again.

It feels like I'm renting from family! - any repairs are quickly addressed and fixed - they don't play the blame game - they look out for you Matt is INCREDIBLE!
